This 4-month-old sweetheart is named Chandler which is a rather big name for his breed which is Chiweenie. A Chiweenie is a mix of Chihuahua and Dachshund and so is a small dog. Our boy may be small, but his personality is large and loving! He presently weighs 12 to 15 pounds and will mature to only about 18 to 20 pounds. HeâÂÂs great with other dogs, kids and his fosterâÂÂs cat, too! HeâÂÂs truly a delight! I learned how to climb the stairs to the second floor on day two, I carry around my foster dad's shoes in my mouth, (and they're not small). I get along great with my furry foster friends (who are 25 lbs.), and I never met a toy that I didn't love (no matter how much it weighs). Mostly, I just want to be included in everything that the family is doing. Even though I'm a bit on the clingy side, I do settle quickly in my crate when my family goes out and at bedtime, too. Since I'm still a puppy, with puppy teeth, I need lots of chew toys to keep me from nibbling on fingers and toes. I'm also learning to do my business outside, and I love nature.
