She will require a securely fenced yard.  She walks on a leash, is crate trained, house trained and likes car rides. She loves playing in water.  L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 800,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. All of our pets are located here, in San Antonio, and we partner with rescues to provide transportation for our pets to their new homes. Our adoption fee includes vet care (vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchipping, etc), as well as transportation and health certificate. WOOF! I'M CARTER, a sweet, loving and happy 4-year-old Doberman/Lab/Shepherd mix who needs a foster or forever home. I love humans and being around my person or people. I was originally rescued from a California shelter and am now am in Washington! I am house-trained and crate trained (I love my crate) I love running, playing with my squeaky toys, going for walks and snuggling with humans. If you let me, I'll share your bed! I have an easygoing and funny personality, and am looking for someone to offer me a safe and comfortable home. I would do well with a fenced yard as I love to do the zoomies! I'm super smart and I learn quickly: I know the commands of "easy" (when I'm getting a treat), "stay" and I am learning to sit on command. I'm very receptive to training and am food motivated and super smart! I'm good with other dogs and love to wrestle, and I learned quickly to be with horses in a respective way. Still, I would thrive as an only pet, only because I love attention from humans so much! I would do well in an active, calm, family-oriented environment, with a single person, a couple or a family. I love kids, and would love to wrestle with teenagers! I can also be low energy as I love to lay around and relax, too. I can pull on a leash during walks, and be protective of the home and my people, but those are my only traits that could use a little work. :) Overall, I'm a wonderful dog who deserves a great home. I am a gentle giant who will thrive in a home where he’s given structure and consistent training. With love and some minor training, I will be an amazing companion. She is elegant, pretty and very affectionate -- and she gets along well with most other dogs. Darla was rescued from a crowded California shelter. She is a well-behaved and strong girl, who will pull when she sees squirrels on a walk! She is a gem and whomever adopts her will be very lucky. Darla weighs about 69 lbs. Meet Scout - A Fun-Loving 6-Year-Old Doberman Mix. Scout is a playful, energetic 70 pound Doberman mix (Dad is a Doberman and mom was a mixed breed) who thrives in open spaces where he can run, explore, and burn off energy. He's neutered, healthy, and still full of life and enthusiasm. Scout gets along wonderfully with other dogs-especially our husky pup and would do great in a home with a canine companion to play with. While he has a natural protective instinct that makes him a great watchdog, he's truly a big softie with his family-affectionate, quirky, and full of personality. Everyone who meets him quickly fall in love with him! We absolutely love this sweet boy, but due to upcoming life changes, we can't provide the time and space he needs. We're looking for a loving home that can match his energy and give him the care and attention he deserves. If you have room to roam and a heart ready for a loyal companion, Scout could be the perfect addition to your family.
