Story
Meet Tobie, Adventure Buddy, Professional Toy Collector, and All-Around Sweetheart! Tobie is a gentle, loving guy, and his biggest request in life is pretty simple: "Can I come too?" Heading to the beach? Tobie's in. Going hiking? He's ready. Paddle boarding? Surprisingly, yes! Taking a road trip? Save him a seat. Spending the evening doing absolutely nothing? Perfect. Tobie is equal parts adventure buddy and chill companion, and what matters most to him is getting to be part of the fun with his favorite people. At home, Tobie's goofy side really shines. He adores stuffies and believes they should accompany him everywhere, including outside. Consider them his emotional support stuffies. He frequently plays with his toys while lying flat on his back and has an adorable habit of trying to catch balls with his front paws. Fetch, however, remains a mystery. Why bring the ball back when you could simply chase it? Tobie absolutely LOVES other dogs. He's playful enough to enjoy a great game of chase or a wrestling match, but he's also remarkably polite with dogs who aren't ready to play. He reads their cues, gives them space, and waits for an invitation. A canine companion will be important in Tobie's forever home, both because he loves their company and because having a dog friend helps him feel more confident. Tobie is a social, affectionate guy who enjoys meeting new people and getting to know them. His loving personality comes shining through, and he's always happy to add another person to his circle of friends. This sweet guy has made wonderful progress building his confidence and thrives with structure, routine, and kind, consistent guidance. He's looking for a family who will continue helping him feel secure while including him in everyday life. Tobie is estimated to have been born in May 2024 and weighs 56 lbs. He is a loving and loyal Doberman who can’t wait to spend the rest of his life with you!  If you’re looking for an enthusiastic travel companion, canine social butterfly, and sweet soul who never travels without at least one emotional support stuffy, Tobie would really like you to pick him!  Tobie’s adoption fee is $450. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Per our rescue policy, unless specifically noted in a dog's bio, we will not consider adoption applications from families with children under 5 years old.  Fill out an adoption application for Tobie at: https://www.forgottendogsrescue.com/adoption-application ##2683347##

Story
MEET SWEET DARLA! Darla is a beautiful and gentle almost 9-year-old purebred Doberman Pinscher. (Purebred verified by DNA testing). She is elegant, pretty and very affectionate -- and she gets along well with most other dogs. Darla was rescued from a crowded California shelter awhile back. At that point she had a lump on her underside, but it turned out that it was just a (benign) fatty tumor - common and harmless. She has since had several cancer screenings to make sure she is in good health. She does have some irregularities of rhythm in her heart, and so currently sees a cardiologist every six months. But that doesn't stop her and right now she is a happy, loving, beautiful girl, just waiting patiently for her forever home. She is a well-behaved and strong girl, who will pull when she sees squirrels on a walk! She gets along with male dogs but will likely thrive as the only dog in a home. She is a gem and waiting patiently! Darla weighs about 69 lbs. She is currently in California but can be transported to Washington. Please email for an application.

Story
Hello, I’m Sebastian 🐾 A 3-year-old Labrador–Doberman mix, about 27 kilos of love, elegance, and joy. I’ve got the long, lean body of a Doberman and the warm, food-loving heart of a Labrador — truly the best of both worlds. My journey hasn’t always been easy. I spent too long in a city shelter and eventually found myself on the euthanasia list. Just in time, Dream Tails stepped in and gave me a second chance, bringing me to their training center — and now I’m ready for the next chapter of my life. I get along wonderfully with other dogs and communicate beautifully with them, showing my feelings clearly and setting boundaries in a calm, respectful way. I walk nicely on leash and don’t pull, making our walks something we can both enjoy. I’m often told I’m very handsome — but what truly sets me apart is my heart. I’m overflowing with love, and every bit of attention makes my heart feel like it might burst. I can’t wait to experience the comfort of a warm home and to finally feel safe with my forever family. Because I haven’t lived in a home before, I might show a little puppy mischief at first as I adjust. With patience, guidance, and understanding, I’ll settle in and thrive — I promise my love will make it all worth it. All I’m dreaming of is a family who will give me time, kindness, and cuddles… especially cozy moments on the sofa with my mommy and daddy. 🫶🏻 Could you be my forever family?

Story
🧡❤️Meet EO— Sweet & Handsome— And Ready To Be Loved Forever!❤️🧡 Here are more photos and videos of EO: https://www.instagram.com/p/DcKkNsphiIX/?hl=en EO was rescued in October 2025 while on the euthanisia list at a municipal shelter in Miryang, Korea. The shelter described him as a shy and timid dog who was wary of strangers but showed no defensive biting. He was quiet and gentle. After rescue, EO moved to a foster home, but it was cancelled after only two days because he was very afraid of people. He then moved to a boarding facility. While there, EO continued to struggle with his fear of people, so he began working with a trainer to overcome his fear and learn how to build trust with people. Eventually, a foster became available. With the guidance and training of his foster family, he has learned how to walk on leash, ride in a car, and navigate everyday life.🌟💕 EO is currently doing very well with his foster. He has met unfamiliar people and has made great progress with his fear of strangers. He is now comfortable enough to allow unfamiliar people to touch him. Name: EO Breed: Mini Pincher/Jindo Mix/Mix Breed Estimated Birth Year: 2025 Gender: Male Weight: 22.7 lb Neutered: Yes Energy Level: Indoor: 4 out of 10 EO enjoys playing with stuffed animal toys, but when he is resting, he is calm and likes to lie down quietly. Outdoor: 9/10 out of 10 EO absolutely loves running and playing with other dogs, especially dogs his own size. Loves being chased. He has so much energy that he can happily spend an entire day running and playing at the dog park! EO is especially gentle and careful when approaching smaller dogs, while he loves running and playing with dogs around his own size. If other dogs start growling at each other, EO will sometimes step in and act as a little peacemaker.☺️🌟 He may initially feel a little intimidated by larger dogs, but once he gets comfortable, he can play happily with them. He has excellent social skills with dogs.😊 Pls DM for any inquiries/ fill out the adoption application via the link in our bio.🌼 EO is a young pup and with lots of energy who is looking for an active family! 🐾✨ Good with cats? Lives with a cat, but can get startled easily and barks at their sudden movements. Kids? Older, gentle children only. Sociability with people: Generally shy around strangers. However, if he spends a few hours with someone, he gradually opens up and becomes comfortable with being touched. Once he feels safe, he may even approach people on his own and ask for affection. When an unfamiliar person enters his personal space, he may growl. This is not aggression from him, but fear. Walking manner: Good on leash. EO goes for walks 3X a day and walks well on leash. Potty trained? Prefers potty outdoors, 90% successful with indoor pee pads Barker? EO may bark momentarily when he is startled or when the cat suddenly jumps or runs. Separation anxiety? None Mouthiness/nipping: No history of nipping or biting . Health Notes: No known health issues, but has some food sensitivities. EO can be fearful and easily startled by sudden and loud noises likes cars and motorcycles. Recall is unreliable in open areas such as dog parks. He should only be allowed off leash in fully enclosed, securely fenced areas, and only after a strong bond and reliable recall have been established. Until a strong bond has been formed and his recall is reliable, he should never be allowed off leash. Because he is easily startled, extra care must be taken to prevent him from getting lost. When frightened, EO may suddenly bolt. He can also climb onto stone walls/similar structures, so extra caution is needed even in areas that appear secure. EO Loves stuffed animal plushies! He enjoys carrying toys around and shaking them! ✨

During walks, he loves rubbing his body against grass, sniffing , and even nibbling on grass. To be safe, he should be trained not eat grass/ avoid pesticide sprayed areas. EO is especially close to his foster mom. He likes sleeping together, getting lots of pets, and being close to her. He is also affectionate toward his foster’s boyfriend and enjoys spending time with him. 💕🏡EO’s ideal family: Have understanding of dogs and their body language. Be willing to give him time to adjust, build trust, to feel safe, and approach at his own pace. Not force physical affection before he is ready. Understand the importance of secure leash handling and preventing accidental escapes. 2-3 walks a day, a fenced yard is a plus as he loves to run and has boundless energy. EO is a young pup and with lots of energy who is looking for an active family that will bring him along on outings and nature adventures.🐾✨ Although EO can be naturally timid around people and sensitive to sudden noises, he is also adorable, energetic, affectionate, curious, playful, and extremely friendly with other dogs. 🌟✨ Please email for any inquiries/fill out the adoption application via the link in our Instagram bio.🌼 EO's adoption fee is $750, plus $245 for U.S. Customs entry and broker fee.

Story
Jack is such a sweet and sensitive lil guy! At home, he loves cuddling or napping nearby, with short bursts of play - big on squeaky toys, tug, and jumping onto cozy spots. Jack can come on long summer hikes, but he prefers to stay near home in the winter. In Seattle, he's a regular café/bar dog and settles quietly on a mat for some time.As a rescued stray, Jack does best in a quiet, stable home with a predictable routine. Loud sounds startle him, so he's not a fit for homes with babies or very young kids. Older kids/teens are great. He's fearful of unfamiliar dogs but warms up to well-matched smaller or calmer dogs.Important: Jack has separation anxiety and is not currently left alone. He's on anti-anxiety medication and receptive to desensitization training. We can share his ongoing plan. Healthy, house-trained, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, knows basic commands.Ideal home: calm multi-adult household with consistent companionship, cozy spots, and lots of love <3
