Hi my name is Rue. I'm 2 years old and have a lot of love to give a special person. I live with a dog and a kitty too. I would be happiest as a single pet and with older kids. Balls are my favorite toys. And snuggling on the couch make me feel happy. I am shy when I meet new people but, learning that new people, things and adventures are good. I learned to play and fetch a ball even to swim. I am walking well on leash but still need reminders not to pull. I do need daily runs and walks to make me happy too. Hades is honestly a well trained puppy and I am only parting ways because I am unable to give him the attention he needs. Hades loves going to the dog park, playing with children (is super gentle with his toys), going anywhere in the house that you go. Walking in the morning and allowing access to outside all day, he stays pretty happy but can use more play time than what he is currently getting. My 4 YO puts glasses on his head, tiara’s, etc. and he is totally docile. Same goes as when he goes to the dog park- he is very submissive and often walks away when a smaller dog wants to pick a fight. I currently work from home and have had him since he was a puppy, therefore he is used to someone being in the house a majority of the day. Kennel trained but I leave him to roam the house/outside when I am gone for half of the day. He’s a beautiful and smart dog and he deserves more than what I am currently offering.

This handsome guy is Presley, a 2yo Doberman mix, and he’s in need of a fresh start.He escaped death row at the shelter in Modesto at the request of his first foster, only to have her become another human to fail him. She failed to follow our guidelines, allow him decompression time, or set boundaries, and as a result he became fearful and bit her. Despite public backlash and demands that we kill him immediately, we refused to give up on this boy and placed him in an intensive board and train program. His trainer says he is a good dog who would do best in a home with experienced dog owners and without kids or cats. He is potty trained, leash trained, and crate trained. He could settle into a routine with someone who works out of the home, or with people more present in the home. Sweet 9 months old pup RUSTY is an adorable pibble who is good with dogs, and people. He is playful as any young pup. He loves to go on walks and play with his doggie foster siblings. Rusty was rescued from a pound where he was scheduled for euthanasia, despite having an owner, who refused to come pick him up. Thanks to a foster, Rusty's life was saved. He is housebroken, current on his shots, neutered and microchipped. He is about 45 lb, heartworm negative and is kept on heartworm and flea preventative. Rusty is being fostered in Texas, but can travel to any state, and even Canada for the right home.
