Story
Simba has spent too long waiting for his forever family. 💔 This strong and spirited Akita-Husky mix is full of energy, loves his toys, and is happiest on long walks or playing with his human. He’s sweet, loyal, and ready for the right home. If you’re looking for a dog with personality and heart, Simba is waiting to meet you! 🐕 Adopt Simba: https://form.jotform.com/221926016430144 Full profile: Simba is a 6-8-year-old Akita-Husky mix with the personality of an Akita and the heart of a lion. He’s playful, sweet, and full of energy but needs a confident and strong adopter who understands his needs. 💪 Strength & Training: Simba is powerful and can pull when excited, so he needs someone physically capable of managing his strength. He’s learning commands like sit, down, paw, and “potty” and thrives with structure. A harness might help with his pulling. 🐾 Energy & Personality: Simba is not always a couch potato! He loves long walks (2+ miles is no problem), playing with his toys, and getting plenty of attention. He’s affectionate and cuddly but always ready for adventure. 🏡 Home Needs: Simba would do best in a home without small children due to his strength and energy. He’s good with other dogs, especially more timid ones, but does best with boundaries around toys and space. He’s also quite the counter-surfer, so keeping things out of reach is key! 🐕 Health: Simba has a thyroid condition that is managed with treatment, giving him renewed energy and playfulness. Simba has had a lot of love and care from his foster, but he’s ready to find his forever home. If you’re looking for a strong, loyal, and playful companion, Simba could be your perfect match. 💙 Ready to meet Simba? Apply to adopt him and give this big-hearted boy the home he deserves. 📌 Share to help Simba find his forever home Currently being cared in Southern California, but can be transported up to northern states, such as Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and anywhere within the US continental, if a great suitable family is willing to adopt him.

Story
Meet Artic! We should have named her Perfect! This 1.5yr old husky girl is a dream dog. Besides her classic beautiful looks and gorgeous blue eyes, she is the sweetest to every person, child, dog and is even good with her fosters parrot. For a young girl, she's very calm, chill and kind and loves to sit by your side and just appreciate her happy life. She was once abandoned on the streets, pregnant and had her puppies and all of them ended up at a high kill shelter. Alljoy4paws rescued her and her pups right before being euthanized. This amazing girl will light up your life and be your best friend. She's potty trained, loves toys and treats and has a gentle play style and a very submissive personality. She's been spayed, vaccinated and chipped and she's waiting for you! Email us your application ASAP! Currently being fostered in Bakersfield area.

Story
This little girl is Mamma Mia. She’s very difficult to get good pictures of because she stays glued to you.🤣 she’s very affectionate, playful, loving. Around 2yrs old, gets along with dogs, people of all ages. Crate trained and also does well freely in the house. Here is a little bit more about her. Meet Mama Mia – The Ultimate Velcro Dog! Mama is a sweet, affectionate girl who is ready to leave her past behind and become someone’s beloved fur baby. Before coming to us, she had one litter of puppies—two of whom are also available for adoption—but now it’s her turn to be the one who is pampered and adored. With her plush, soft coat that feels just like a plushy stuffed toy, Mama is made for cuddles. She’s spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and an absolute dream companion. While she enjoys playing with other dogs, her heart truly belongs to her person—she thrives on attention and just wants to be by your side. Mama is incredibly smart, listens intently, and will do anything asked of her. She follows directions beautifully and is always eager to please. Whether you’re looking for a snuggly couch buddy, a loyal shadow, or a gentle, loving soul to call your own, Mama is ready to fill that role with all her heart. Could you be the one to give Mama the love she’s been waiting for? Text or call us to learn more about her, and set up to meet her and see why she’s so special! 661-840-7052

Story
CoCo has been with us for 6 months, and we can’t believe he hasn’t found his forever home yet. He’s smart, silly, and incredibly loving — everything you’d want in a companion. We’re not exactly sure of his breed, but our best guess is a Labrador/Husky mix. What we do know is that CoCo is one-of-a-kind. He was leash trained in minutes, loves people, and has a personality that keeps you smiling. He even waits for you to get your camera ready before striking a pose! Before coming into rescue, CoCo was found on the streets with another dog — likely his closest friend. When that dog was tragically hit by a car and didn’t survive, CoCo refused to leave his side. His loyalty and love run deep, and he’s been carrying that same gentle heart with him ever since. CoCo would thrive in a home where he can be included in daily life. He has a lot of love to give and would make a loyal, fun, and affectionate best friend. If you’re not ready to adopt, consider fostering. It helps dogs like CoCo transition from kennel life to home life — and truly makes a difference. CoCo is neutered, vaccinated, and ready to meet you. Come fall in love with him today
