Story
We are a military household and we are relocating due to work and his breed is not allowed to go with us. He is a mix and they arent allowing us to bring him. He does best with a yard and loves cuddles and playing. He is a sweet boy knows basic commands, does have some storm anxiety so does require extra snuggles through it! Doesn't really bark unless an intruder is coming in, super sweet great with kids and other dogs. Never been around a cat but he is a laid back good boy!

Courtesy Post – Meet Lucky! 🐾 📍 Gulfport, MS | Through Tired Dog Rescue Lucky is a handsome young Catahoula mix with a sweet personality and lots of love to give! At just about 1 year old, this black and white boy is full of playful energy and is ready to find a family that can keep up with his adventurous spirit. Lucky was abandoned at a family’s home last summer, and they took him in to keep him safe. He has been a wonderful companion, but they know he deserves a home that can better meet his needs. 💙 About Lucky: • Neutered male • Approx. 25–50 lbs • Friendly and playful • Good with kids (currently lives with a 5- and 6-year-old) • Good with dogs • Respectful with cats (more playful than anything) • Knows “sit” • Loves to run, play ball, and explore Lucky is truly a sweetheart and has never shown aggression. He loves people and enjoys being part of the family. ⚡ His ideal home: Lucky is an active dog who loves to run and play, so he would do best with a secure fenced yard where he can safely burn off his energy. He also enjoys chew toys and bones to keep him busy. This boy just needs the right family that can give him space to run, play, and be the happy dog he was meant to be. ❤️ Lucky has been through abandonment but hasn’t lost his loving heart. Let’s help him find the forever home he deserves. 📍 Located in Gulfport, Mississippi 📩 Courtesy post through Tired Dog Rescue

COURTESY POST – BELLA NEEDS A NEW HOME 🐾 📍 Gulfport, MS Meet Bella, a sweet 5-year-old Dachshund looking for a loving new home after the heartbreaking loss of her owner. Bella has spent her whole life with her family, and through no fault of her own she now needs a safe place to land. Bella is a brown female Dachshund who has lived with other dogs and has done well with them. She currently lives with three other Dachshund/Jack Russell mixes, including two of her own puppies. She has also been around children and has had no issues with kids. Bella is spayed and described as a non-destructive dog who enjoys being part of the family. She has not had formal obedience training and will need a little patience and guidance as she adjusts to a new home. She is not fully housebroken yet but could improve with consistency and routine. She has shown she will protect her yard if unfamiliar dogs come in, but she has never bitten anyone. Bella would do best with a secure yard since she has been known to try to slip out of fencing. Bella currently eats Ol’ Roy dog food and her previous veterinarian was Dr. Roberts Small Animal Clinic. Her current vaccination status is unknown and she is not currently on heartworm prevention, so her adopter will want to get her established with a vet. This sweet girl deserves stability and love again after losing her owner. 💔 ⚠️ This is a courtesy post. Bella is not in the care of Tired Dog Rescue, but we are helping network to find her a safe and loving home. If you are interested in giving Bella a second chance, please fill out an application. ❤️ Please share to help Bella find her new family.

Story
Meet Molly – the Goofy Girl with Endless Energy 🐶🤪 If enthusiasm had a face, it would absolutely be Molly’s. This 2-ish year old purebred Foxhound is basically sunshine with floppy ears and zero chill (in the BEST way possible). She wakes up every day ready to conquer the world… or at least your backyard… or maybe just the squeaky toy that offended her five minutes ago. Molly is the kind of dog who believes every walk is an adventure, every toy is the best toy ever invented, and every human exists solely to pet her. She is super loving, ridiculously happy, and always trying her best to be the goodest girl (even when her zoomies say otherwise). Being foxhound, Molly does have a strong interest in the fascinating smells of the world… like that leaf from 3 days ago… and that mysterious breeze… and probably that squirrel who still owes her money. Because of her playful spirit, she’ll need a fenced yard where she can safely stretch those legs and practice her Olympic-level zoomie skills. She would LOVE a playful dog sibling to wrestle, chase, and form a tiny chaos committee with. The scoop on Molly: Medium-sized bundle of fun Good with other dogs (especially playful ones!) Probably good with kids (this breed usually is!) Good with men and women Cats unknown — decent but hasn't been alone with them or in a situation to chase them No known medical issues Commands: currently speaks fluent “happy wiggles” Crate trained: unknown Her hobbies include: Going for walks like she’s training for a marathon Playing with toys like they personally challenged her Being ridiculously affectionate Trying very hard to be the best girl ever Keeping her humans active and entertained Her ideal home: An active family ready for fun, laughs, and lots of love. Bonus points if there is another playful dog to help burn off some of that joyful energy. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend who will keep you smiling, moving, and very loved… Molly is ready to bring the goofy into your life

Bruce Anthony has been waiting patiently for his forever family, and we just know his perfect person is out there. Please help us share this sweet boy so he can finally get the happy ending he deserves 💜 ✨ 3 years old ✨ 25 lbs ✨ Terrier mix ✨ Male ✨ Heartworm positive — currently undergoing treatment ✨ Neutered Bruce Anthony is the definition of loyal and loving. Once he trusts you, he’ll become your little shadow and best friend. He gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and truly enjoys both canine and human companionship. He’s sweet, affectionate, treat-motivated, and eager to please. Bruce already knows some simple commands and would thrive with continued training and structure. He does enjoy playtime and can get a little rough during play, so we think older children would be the best fit for him. Right now, Bruce needs a calm, loving home committed to helping him through his heartworm treatment and recovery. During this time, he must have limited activity and a low-stress environment while he heals. 💙 What Bruce Needs: • A patient adopter willing to support his recovery • A calm home with limited activity • Someone committed to his continued training and structure • Lots of love, understanding, and cuddles Bruce Anthony has so much love to give, and after waiting so long, we would love nothing more than to see him finally safe in a forever home. 🧬 DNA Results: 28% Shih Tzu 11% Labrador Retriever 9% American Pit Bull Terrier 9% Chihuahua 8% American Staffordshire Terrier 📍 Apply through Tired Dog Rescue – Gulfport, MS Apply Here Please SHARE to help Bruce Anthony find the loving family he’s been waiting for 🐾💜
