Story
Jongo is a handsome 1 year old boy who came in with his brother Pongo. They’re both very affectionate and outgoing. You can certainly adopt both of them for double the love! Or if you’re only ready for one dog right now, that’s ok too. Either would love to be spoiled as a beloved family pet! Jongo enjoys getting time in the yard to explore. He’s learning his basic commands with the help of yummy treats. He doesn’t seem too bothered with all the other dogs or cats around so it’s likely he could slide right into any home. Jongo loves squeaky toys and will be sure to bring so much delight to your family! By adopting me today you will save the life of two pets -- you'll save me and that will make room for the Shelter to rescue and save another pet.

Story
Meet Helen! When you spot this girl in her kennel and you see her expression you want to shout, “Helllloo Helen!” She is eager to get out into the play yard so that she can get her zoomies on, but as a young dog, this is expected. Helen is a 10-month-old hound retriever mix who is easy to leash and walks nicely to the play yard. She has an endearing air about her which invites you to come in closer and get to know her on a personal level. After a bit of coaching, she assumes a sit position even when there is no treat involved. She is just the right size and energy for children of all ages so bring yours to meet her to see if you agree. She will jump a bit but this behavior can be trained away and Helen is definitely a smart trainable girl! An adorable pooch, she should be adopted quickly so don’t delay! By adopting me today you will save the life of two pets -- you'll save me and that will make room for the Shelter to rescue and save another pet.
