Story
Blu might be the most playful dog we`ve had in here in a while. She can play catch with herself for an extended period of time. She is so cute when she gets the zoomies and the world just excites her. This extremely beautiful dog is here and looking for a family to spend the rest of her life with. Blu is wonderful with children and all new people! She loves fetch, swimming, hiking, walking, water and tug. You name the adventure! She is your girl. She is a typical husky and not only needs a secure fence, but needs someone who understands the breed and is willing to put in the time and patience she requires. She does good with easy going dogs but small animals aren`t suggested! Blu`s previous owners reported that this dog loves to be right by your side. She enjoys the car ride to whatever adventure you`ll take her on. We`ve never seen a dog delight in play and attention like this girl! She is fully potty trained, and sits pretty for a treat! She is the smartest girl around and would love to show of her trainability if you let her. Come meet her today and you will fall in love instantly!

Story
Hey there! Let me tell you about Rosie, an awesome 9-year-old girl with a zest for life—and a story that will tug at your heart. Rosie is currently our longest-stay resident, having been at the shelter for nearly a year. Since December 2025, she’s been thriving in a foster home, where her personality has truly blossomed. This girl is all about adventure, especially when it involves hitting the trails for a good hike. Rosie’s got energy to spare and absolutely loves running and exploring everything nature has to offer. When she’s not out adventuring, she’s proudly cheering on her favorite team as a devoted University of Montana Griz fan! While she can be a little cautious around other dogs at first, a proper introduction usually does the trick. The best part? She’s fantastic with kids! Just keep the kitties away though, as they make her a little nervous.Above all else, Rosie is a total sweetheart who loves nothing more than getting some good old-fashioned physical affection—and she’s more than ready to find the forever home she’s been waiting so patiently for.

Story
Delta, Mac, and Moe were so small when the world first turned its back on them — fragile bodies pressed together, fighting to stay warm, fighting to stay alive. Every breath felt uncertain. Every whimper carried the quiet fear of being forgotten. They entered life already knowing hardship, their tiny hearts beating against odds no newborn ever should face. When they were rescued, they were hanging in that delicate space between hope and heartbreak. Weak, vulnerable, and desperately clinging to one another, they trusted the gentle hands that lifted them to safety. And from that moment on, their story began to change.Day by day, those once-faint cries turned into playful squeaks. Their trembling steps grew steadier. Bellies that once ached with hunger filled, and their eyes — once heavy with exhaustion — began to shine with curiosity. You could almost see the relief settle into their tiny bodies as they learned what it felt like to be safe. Now, these little fighters burst with life. They tumble over each other in joyful chaos, tails wagging like they’re trying to outrun the sadness they once knew. They chase toys with fearless determination, give kisses with complete trust, and curl up together with the soft sighs of puppies who finally understand comfort. But beneath their playful energy lives the memory of how hard they fought to get here. These are not just puppies — they are tiny miracles who refused to give up. Their hearts are enormous, overflowing with the kind of love that only comes from knowing what it feels like to almost lose everything. They are ready now. Ready to trade survival for belonging. Ready to leave behind the chapter that nearly stole their story and step into homes where they will be cherished, protected, and adored. All they ask for is a family willing to see the warriors inside these small, wiggly bodies — and to promise them that they will never have to fight alone again.
