Story
Sams came to me as a foster from the Santa Fe Animal Shelter. I quickly grew to realize how great of a dog she is and adopted her within a month. She is gentle around humans and loves to play and be outside, whether going on walks or to the dog park or simply sunning herself. She is considered 'dog neutral,' as she is curious about other dogs and wants to play with virtually everyone she meets. She never plays too rough and will only gently nibble your hand when super aroused. Sams is seventy-three pounds and two years old - into her teenage years. She has never once had an accident in the house in the year that I've had her, even when I work a long shift and will be gone for nine or ten hours. She is not destructive with any of my belongings. She will, however, 'shop' for things you might have left on the ground - mostly socks - and take them back to her nest. So, she helps keep the house clean! Unfortunately, I'm moving into a situation where I can no longer take care of Sams.

Story
Lochte, got his name from an Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte. Most people call him Lockey. This dog is the sweetest little sweetheart of an old man. He really still has a lot of spunk to him!! He loves his walks and to just sleep anywhere you guys are hanging out. I have been spoiling him Pupperoni treats and Beggin Strips everyday which I do accredit in part for his happiness. He will be your best friend . He is a gentle, kind old soul and I cant believe we are parting like this but I just really hope you can please take him and love him the way he deserves for his senior years!

Story
I acquired Roxy about a week ago from someone who was moving into an apartment that did not allow pets and I agreed to take care of her while looking for a permanent home. She is a sweet 8-month-old dog who has young dog energy. She has a good stay and is housebroken (with a dog door). Roxy has been good with my dog and cat. She is very excited when I come home but settles down in a reasonable time.

Story
Boone is extremely sweet and cuddly, good with young children and other dogs. We’ve had him for about 1 year but are too busy to give him the attention he deserves. He and his litter were dropped off at a ranch and someone was giving away free “Anatolian” puppies. We already have an Anatolian and knew we could take another as they are low maintenance dogs. He turned out not to be an Anatolian but a supermutt, which we have no issue with, we just weren’t ready for a mixture of high energy breeds. Hes house and leash trained (LOVES to go on hikes) and has a very sweet temperament. We got him when my son was about 1 year old and he’s been so patient and sweet with him. We want to make sure he can find a home where he can get the attention he wants and needs

Story
Ollie is a sweet boy. Loves people. Lots of energy. LOVES to go on walks ( must be early morning or later in the evening when it is cooler as French bulldogs cannot regulate their temperature and are prone to heat stroke ) He sleeps with us and is an inside dog. Unfortunately we have 3 other dogs and he has proven to be a one dog house hold kind of pooch. He does not get along with the other three and it has become a challenge trying to keep them safe from each other. We have had Ollie for 5 years ( his Birthday is May 28th ) and love him very much. This has been a hard decision for me to make, but I fear that if we keep him he or one of our other dogs will get seriously injured. He is currently in the cone of shame due to an injury he incurred during a recent fight. Overall he is a very healthy boy. We can discuss past health history in person. I would love to place him with a family that knows the breed. Frenchies and not your average pups.
