Story
Bruce is a 10 month old German Shepard / Belgium Malinois mix and is all black besides a white patch on his chest and a couple of his toes. He's fully house, leash, and crate trained, as well as basic commands (sit, stay, lay, shake). Per his breed he is very high energy, but he's actually pretty good with laying around a decent amount too. His favorite thing in the world is frisby, followed closely by fetch. He's accustomed to an hour of walking in the morning but is always up for another walk in the evening as well. He responds well to training and picks up things fairly quickly, even from myself who isn't an experienced trainer. He's a great dog, I'm just struggling with some personal mental health issues and its unfair to drag him though this journey with me. Rehoming includes current food, toys, leash, etc. His crate needs replacing but I'll include if wanted as well. Please message me with any questions, I can send videos, meet you within a reasonable drive from Texarkana, etc.

Melda

Hound (Unknown Type)

Female, puppy
Atlanta, TX
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with dogs, Good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
We found Melda and her female litter mate, in a ditch, by our home, when they were 8 weeks old. We rescued them, had them both spayed and micro-chipped, not knowing if we would be able to keep both of them. They were 5 pounds when we found them. They are now 61 pounds and shouldn't get much bigger as they will be a year old in October. Melda is very intelligent, potty trained, crate trained, and trained to sit and wait (stay). She loves walks, playing in the yard, and we are working on heal and come. She has not been around children. She is the calmer of the two puppies. Due to our life circumstances, we are only able to keep one of the puppies. We are looking for an individual or family that wants a pet. Not a guard dog or an animal to chain up and leave alone for hours.

Ranger

German Shorthaired Pointer Australian Cattle Dog

Male, adult
Simms, TX
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Not good with kids, Not good with dogs, Good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
We acquired Ranger from a shelter in Colorado, we moved to Texas 2 years ago. When we had our son (he’s now 2) he was always very protective, we now have a newborn in the home and he’s not adjusting well. He’s shown some aggression towards our toddler and other animals because he’s being protective of the newborn. He’s a good boy other wise. But we feel we can no longer have him around young children, he get very anxious/nervous and we would hate to have something happen. He would do well in a home with adult owners or homes with older children. He’s incredibly smart and loves to be with his family. He loves to sleep and cuddle with his humans at night. He knows all basic commands. He is very high energy and needs a home with someone who can run him and spend the necessary time with him. We will miss our boy so much but we are no longer a good fit for him and we want him to be in a home where he can flourish.
