Story
Meet Katie! She is looking for a new home, preferably one that will give her lots of love and attention. Sadly Katie's dad recently passed away. She and her dad were together all the time, so ideally her new owners would be home lots to give her cuddles and companionship. She has been around other dogs and does well. She's also been around cats and doesn't mind them. She can be a bit snappy when her face is being messed with (can ya blame her?!), so older kids or no kids would be the best for her. Miss Katie is currently on a diet and would benefit from continuation of that diet. She's a bit hefty.. and loosing more weight will only benefit her and make her a happier pup! She is a tough girl too.. she was born with only 1 kidney, but it doesn't give her troubles. Apply to meet Katie today!

Story
Meet Millie! Millie is a graduate of our PACK Program. She learned lots of skills while she was there. She learned 'sit', 'shake', 'place', etc. She will need regular, ongoing reinforcement of learned behaviors in order for them to become permanent. Some of the words used to describe Millie are: - Heart of a puppy - Happy - Playful - Full of energy Do you like going for hikes and having around water? Millie is your girl! She would love to explore all the hiking trails with you. She kennels well as long as she gets plenty of exercise. Sometimes Millie gets too excited during play and can get a bit mouthy. All she needs are breaks to help contain her excitement. Her mouthy behavior may scare small children, who don't understand. Due to this we recommend only kids over 5 for Millie. She can be a little reserved when meeting ne people, but can be won over quickly with tasty treats. Millie has guarded high value items from her canine siblings a couple times in the past. It's best to only give her those items when she is alone or in her kennel. Millie also has some hidden talents! If you're looking to control your fly and miller population, she's excellent in catching them! She also LOVES water and kiddy pools. She'd be an great lake dog! Apply to meet her today.
