She is good cat , really lovable I just don’t have time for her, and she spends most of her time alone. She uses the restroom in her litter box.

Story
so I got my cat when she was a kitten from my brothers neighbor this was like 9 or 10 years ago I’m all she’s known she’s been with me for so long moving with me everywhere I go so this is really hard me so I really hope if you choose her to be patient with her and you’ll be the only person she trusts for the rest of her life she’s a lot skinnier now that’s how she was with me she’s so kind and so gentle and truly loves attention with whoever become her owner the longer she’s with u the more she trusts you but then again with people she could be shy and timid and just scared since she’s old already but she’s still really playful and loving and loves to run around she loves bananas and chicken and any sweet bread please if someone doesn’t take her by April 30th I’m just gonna have to let this sweet girlgo.

Story
My father passed away recently and I am unable to care for his cat Ally. She is a sweet girl that needs a home with an adult and no children or other pets as she can be anxious and scared. She can be such a great loving cat, but since my father has passed in the last couple weeks, I have been unable to find her this special home. Please consider adopting Ally. She loves to be petted, purrs and can be a chatting kitty. She deserves a loving home with someone that is willing to take the time to get to know her and really enjoy her. She is 6 1/2 years old.

Story
Sadie is a beautiful, affectionate cat who is mellow but also playful and loves belly rubs and attention. We adopted her with her sister in 2022 (VA) and moved to WA in 2024; she is currently 5 years old. She enjoys cuddling, playing, purring, and also relaxing on her own. Since moving, she has shown some redirected aggression toward her sister when triggered by outdoor animals. We’ve worked with a behaviorist and this has been well managed, details of which we'll be happy to discuss with serious adopters. Sadie would do best as the only pet in a calm home without young children. With a newborn on the way, we believe this is the best environment for her long-term. Small adoption fee applies to ensure serious inquiries; all proceeds will be donated to ASPCA.

Story
Sunflower and Pepita are two of the cutest seeds, and some of the sweetest, too! Sunflower and Pepita are brothers and about 10-years-old. And they ooze charm! Pepita and Sunflower are quiet, mellow boys who are happy to snooze most of the day, get cheek rubs and chin scratches when they are feeling snuggly, and gaze out the window when they need some entertainment. Both Pepita and Sunflower can be on the shy side and will likely do best in a quiet, predictable home with just teens and adults, where they can settle in at their own pace. We don’t know if Sunflower and Pepita have ever lived with other cats or dogs, so any introductions to resident pets should be done slowly. If you’re ready to welcome home this precious pair, send in an adoption application today! Pepita and Sunflower's adoption fees are waived in thanks to a generous donor and our Pay it Forward program. *Sunflower and Pepita are currently in a foster home and not located in the shelter.

Story
Penelope and Sakura are the most adorable Mom and daughter pair. Sakura is a sweet, adorable, brave kitten who loves to play and then crash on the couch cuddled up to her human or mama. She loves to run around, climb, and explore new spaces and toys (especially a ribbon or spring!). She’s very friendly and outgoing. Penelope is just about 2 years also so still somewhat a kitten herself. She loves exploring new spaces, being up high, and sniffing new smells! She is also very social and enjoys attention from her humans. She’s very gentle and vocal - she will trill while roaming the house and meow to get your attention. She likes to play with her ribbon toy, cuddle, and look out the window. Sakura and her mama Penelope are very close and are looking for a home together.Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal.
