Story
Force is a sweet boy! He is about 7 years old and loves people so much. I got him during the pandemic in 2020 when he was about 1 years old. I was single and working from home at the time, so I was able to give him so much more attention. He loves to be around people, play, and cuddle. While I love him so much and do not want to give him up, he deserves so much more than I can give at this time in my life. Working a job that has me away from the house the majority of the day leaves him home alone for more than 10 hours on some days. I want him to be in a home that he will be able to get attention throughout the day. Additionally, I believe he needs more freedom or ability to roam in a house. Now that I am married and have a baby, he is way more restricted. While he is happy here and I know we would miss each other, I just want him to be in the best situation possible.

Story
Meet Nova, a truly special dog with a heart as big as the star she's named after. This gentle and affectionate girl is a loyal companion who will always be by your side. With a calm and quiet nature, she is the perfect snuggle buddy for relaxing evenings at home. But don't be fooled by her relaxed demeanor — Nova is also an inquisitive soul, always up for exploring the great outdoors and taking in new sights and smells. She is incredibly smart and brave, ready to take on any adventure that comes her way. Nova is an independent thinker with a mind of her own, but her curious nature will always bring her back to you. She is a true friend and a devoted confidant, always ready to lend a listening ear (and she definitely has the ears to listen : ). Her gentle spirit and loving heart make her a wonderful addition to any family. If you're looking for a faithful friend to join you on life's journey, Nova could be the perfect match. Come and meet this wonderful girl today — she just might be the missing piece you've been searching for! Nova is ok with other dogs with slow introductions. She's a calm girl who would prefer a calm friend. She doesn't seem to care about cats. We adopt to approved out-of-state adopters. Transport available to the Northeast/Midwest.

Story
Meet Amber Leah – Loyal, Smart & Ready for Home Amber Leah is a 2–3-year-old German Shepherd with a heart full of love and resilience. She’s 56 lbs, gaining strength every day, and showing her playful, loyal spirit. Amber is house-trained, crate-comfortable, and enjoys toys, bones, and staying close to her people. She already knows how to sit, stay, and shake, down, wait and she’s eager to keep learning. She loves quiet time on the couch just as much as playtime in the yard. She has Pancreatic Enzyme Insufficiency (PEI), a common GSD condition that simply requires an enzyme with each meal—an easy routine that helps her thrive. Amber would do best as the only pet, though with slow introductions she can live with another dog. She’s still practicing leash manners and learning to relax around other dogs. Her ideal home is probably a calmer suburban setting with a privacy fence, but with the right person and structure she can thrive anywhere. Amber Leah is spayed, vaccinated, and ready to find her forever family. If you’ve ever loved a German Shepherd, you know how deep that bond can be—Amber is ready to share it with you. Apply to adopt Amber Leah today.  An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. We verify rental policies and adhere to any regulations. Please ensure you understand those restrictions before choosing a dog.          March 7, 2026, 7:49 pm

What a great way to add a loving companion to your life and improve the quality of Piper's (and your) life tenfold. Piper is a very, very sweet, loving, social and gentle girl. She walks well on the leash and does not pull or jump up. She is food and treat motivated and is quite the “smarty-pants.” She’s on a weight loss journey and continues to slowly shed weight to take stress off her joints. She takes medication as well as a supplement to aid mobility. Piper’s up to date on vet services, is microchipped and has a ProHeart Injection (for 1 year of continuous heartworm prevention) and a Bravecto Quantum Injection (for 1 year of continuous flea-tick prevention). Piper is ready to find a forever home of her very own. Her adoption fee is $75 until Labor Day. Things to know about Piper: she has a very gentle nature, is housebroken, loves to lounge and would make the perfect movie-marathon buddy. She will enjoy a calm, loving home for her golden years. She’d love her own fenced backyard to frolic and play in. Piper may do best as an only pet because she prefers to have her family all to herself. If you are interested in meeting Piper to see if she is a good match for you, visit her at Crabapple Knoll Vet Clinic. 12604 Crabapple Road, Alpharetta, GA. 770.475.8272. Weekdays 630AM to 7PM. Saturday and Sunday 8AM to 4PM. We are closed on all major holidays. Please visit at least two hours prior to closing. Appointments are not necessary to meet any of our adoptable strays.
