Zyu is a star puppy with a lot of personality. She currently 6 months old, an active, goofy bundle of joy. Estimated to remain petite yet chunky when fully grown (around 24lb), her coat color is sable black masked fawn. She's evolved into a self-entertaining, creative pup, friendly and loves playing with other Frenchies, but she's more drawn to humans. Zu is very hydrophilic, so a spinning sprinkler would keep her occupied for hours. She also enjoys fetching and playing with various toys, as long as there's human interaction and engagement. No food allergies, but the owner prefers high-quality food (such as Just Food for Dogs, wet Blue Buffalo, or barf/raw). If you're only familiar with kibble, please consider another pup. This pup is for SoCal residents only. Most of her siblings live in Studio City, and they have playdates together. This isn't a "free dog"; an adoption fee applies. Moosh came to The Rescue Train 4 years when we rescued her in the parking lot of an LA City Shelter. A Rescue Train volunteer intercepted the person trying to surrender her. It was clear they had used her as breeding dog even though they denied it. Now that they could no longer make a profit from her, she was of no use to them, and they were ready to throw her away. The Rescue Train scooped her up and showered her with the love and dignity she deserved. She was almost immediately adopted. She has spent the past 4 years being a loved and spoiled pup where she got the name the Mighty Moosh. Unfortunately, Moosh’s mom is very sick and can no longer care for her. We are welcoming Moosh back with open arms and promised that her true forever family is out there waiting for her. Moosh is approximately 9 years old and weighs 32lbs. She’s got a wonderful temperament. She’s friendly with dogs, cats and children. Her favorite pastimes are cuddling, cuddling, more cuddling, and playing fetch for 5 min a day with her favorite toys. She likes short walks and loves to go in her stroller. Although she doesn’t have any serious medical issues Moosh is on anti- seizure meds and being treated for allergies which include a special diet. Moosh is a people dog, but she can also slide into a friendly dog pack, she would love to be with someone who works from home or a household that has people around often. She doesn’t like to be alone for long periods of time. She loves car rides and is happy to tag along while you run errands, go out to eat, or away for the weekend! She’s eager to find her a warm lap to cuddle up on for the rest of her golden years. Could it be you? Meet Bolo, a 2-year-old French Bulldog with the biggest heart! He’s the perfect loving, loyal companion looking for his forever home. Bolo was surrendered to us this week. He mainly spent his days outside and his owners made the tough decision to give him up and get the proper care he needs with us. He’s got something going on with his ear which we are treating him for, got a spa day, and is getting neutered! Bolo is house trained and does well in a crate when left alone. He’s a friendly fellow who warms up quickly to everyone, and lived with small children in his previous home. Bolo is calm around other dogs, showing interest in meeting them but remains composed and relaxed. He’s been loving getting to explore the great outdoors and loves going on walks and riding shotgun on car rides. At the same time, he is also a professional cuddler and enjoys nothing more than snuggling up with his favorite kangaroo stuffed toy. Bolo knows some basic commands like “sit” and “shake” and walks like a dream on a leash. One of his endearing traits is his excitement when greeting you in the morning or after being apart; his joy is truly infectious! The ideal home for Bolo would be with a young, active couple or family who can provide him with the love, attention, and exercise he needs. A yard or easy access to the outdoors would be great, though Bolo has shown he can adapt to apartment living. Experience with Frenchies would also be a plus, as it would help understand his specific care needs. If you see me online I am still available for adoption!
