He’s eager to please, loves a good game of fetch, and has energy to spare. Give him a treat and a command and he’s all yours — ready to learn, play and keep you entertained for hours. Frankie had a disc issue last year and his person at that time paid for the disc surgery. It was successful! The only catch was that Frankie had to go to PT twice a week and his person decided that was too much trouble. So now Frankie's back legs are hyperextended and his quads are hypercontracted and well.....he has no function in his back legs. DOES THAT GET HIM DOWN? ABSOLUTELY NOT! This little guy is happy and confident and doesn't let a little thing like paralysis slow him down. He has an awesome harness and a wheelchair and he is unstoppable. He loves going for walks and has made friends with all the neighborhood dogs. HE IS AMAZING! Frankie lives in a multi-dog household and gets along with everyone. He is totally housebroken and crate trained. Really, you couldn't ask for a nicer Frenchie! And yes.....he is a talker. Frankie is a fun guy to be with. Story
Stitch didn’t have much of a home life until he go into rescue so house manners were practically non-existent. After two weeks in his foster home, he is housebroken, waits patiently for his food and is very happy in his crate. He does have a tendency to get on top of things (like chairs) but he is learning DOWN very quickly. (Hint: Be loud!) Best of all, he sleeps all night! Stitch is great with other dogs and has no issues with food or toys If he would just hold still, our rescue might be able to get a better picture but he really is a wiggler Stitch is attending an obedience class now and is in the top of his class! Meet Nessie! Breed: French Bulldog Age: 3-years-old Gender: Female Weight: 27 lbs This 3-year-old, 27-pound French Bulldog is incredibly cuddly and resilient. Nessie was rescued from an overcrowded shelter where she needed urgent medical care due to painful masses in her ears. In our care, we explored all options to avoid surgery, but it eventually became clear that surgery was necessary for her to have a pain-free life. She will likely be completely deaf after the procedure, but that won’t prevent her from living a joyful, healthy, and loving life. Despite her hardships, Nessie’s spirit remains bright. She loves people, thrives on affection, and has quickly won over all of our staff. She’s a cuddly companion who simply wants to stay close and receive all the love she deserves. She’s best suited to a home prepared to help her adjust after surgery, and in return, she’ll give endless love and loyalty. If you want a brave, affectionate dog with a big heart, Nessie could be the perfect match for you.
