Meet Mallow - (Korean Name is Mandu) Mallow is a mixed breed, likely a blend of Retriever and Jindo. He currently weighs about 51 lbs. He entered a city shelter when he was around two years old. It's believed he was abandoned because he was highly excitable and barked a lot at the time. I rescued him just one day before his scheduled euthanasia. At that time, he was heartworm positive. Fortunately, he has now completed his treatment and been fully cured! After more than six months of consistent training, Mallow has transformed into a gentle and wonderful dog. He has great leash manners and absolutely adores people, showering them with affection. Mallow also gets along very well with other dogs. However, he can be a bit jealous, so we hope he can find a forever home where he can be the only pet. Fluffy and pure white like a marshmallow, Mallow will make a truly perfect companion. 🐾 Mallow is currently staying at a training center in South Korea, waiting patiently for his forever family. Once he finds an adoptive family, he can travel anywhere across the United States. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and has even completed a full dental cleaning!

Don't let his age fool you though, he is still active and energetic. Unfortunately, Lucas' past was spent in a basement, receiving limited interaction, love, training...never knowing what a toy was. A concerned citizen learned about his situation and he is now happy and safe, learning how to be a dog. Lucas is now looking for a forever home, willing to make up for all of the time and love he lost during the first 8 years of life. Lucas is UTD on vaccines, neutered, and was shaved at the groomer because he was so matted; his fur is growing in wonderfully now. He is a bigger boy at 78lb, high energy, and will need training and consistency to learn basic obedience and what is expected of him (ie- he is currently a counter surfer and does jump up on people). He is housebroken and learning crate training. He has not grown up with small children but he would definitely love some older dog-savvy kids (10+) to play with. He absolutely LOVES his people, and the more you're around, the happier he will be!However since he grew up in a secluded space, he never had a chance to interact with other animals ....he would love to be your one and only...and get all of the attention!
