Meet Mallow :) Mallow is a mixed breed, likely a blend of Retriever and Jindo. He currently weighs about 51 lbs. He entered a city shelter when he was around two years old. It's believed he was abandoned because he was highly excitable and barked a lot at the time. I rescued him just one day before his scheduled euthanasia. At that time, he was heartworm positive. Fortunately, he has now completed his treatment and been fully cured! After more than six months of consistent training, Mallow has transformed into a gentle and wonderful dog. He has great leash manners and absolutely adores people, showering them with affection. Mallow also gets along very well with other dogs. However, he can be a bit jealous, so we hope he can find a forever home where he can be the only pet. Fluffy and pure white like a marshmallow, Mallow will make a truly perfect companion. 🐾 Mallow is currently staying at a training center in South Korea, waiting patiently for his forever family. Once he finds an adoptive family, he can travel anywhere across the United States. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and has even completed a full dental cleaning!

Saturday, December 13th, 2025 at Paradise Island in Staten Island from 11am - 3pm! Sequoia is a 10-month-old, 45-lb Golden Retriever mix who brings sweetness, joy, and classic puppy charm everywhere she goes. She’s likely to get a bit bigger, but her gentle, loving personality is already shining through. This girl is an all-around really great dog. She loves meeting new people, plays beautifully with the resident dog, and happily allows baths, ear checks, and gentle handling. She’s showing typical puppy behaviors like a little play biting and jumpiness, but she’s smart and eager to please. Sequoia is currently working on her potty training and crate training and making steady progress with routine. (Sequoia thrives when she knows someone is nearby. She does experience some mild separation anxiety, which is common at her age, but with reassurance and continued training she’s very likely to outgrow it. Because of this, she would do best in a home with a resident dog or someone who is home often to help her feel secure.) Some of her favorite things include greeting every human she sees, playing with her foster dog sibling, and curling up close after a day of puppy adventures. Dogs like Rowdy deserve a family to show him that his experience up until FWFP with humans are not typical! Rowdy wad dumped in rural Oklahoma in a place famous for dog dumps. He was just a 4 month old little puppy that was sick and left out in the winter cold. He almost did not survive. Today, he is a 3 year old, healthy 37 pound Golden Retriever/ Aussie mix. He loves children, adults, seniors and other dogs! NO CATS! Rowdy is a well mannered little fella. Even though Rowdy has lived on a farm, he is not a digger nor does he climb fences. Rowdy is perfectly crate trained and housebroken. He rides in the car with no problem but needs a little more work with leash training. He needs a new family that can give him more attention and help him with leash training. Rowdy loves to be spoiled with smoked marrow bones and lots of hugs and kisses!.
