Ozzy came to us from a coworker. He had behavioral problems with another male dane in their house and the coworker was ready to put him down. Ozzy is about 4 years old and is middle aged for a dane. He has been overly dominant towards our pack especially the males. The only one who could handle him was our female Great Pyrenees. Ozzy will be good fit in an only dog household. He has a lot of energy for a dane. He will need to be muzzled for vet visits as he is less trusting of new people and settings, so muzzle training is a must. He is getting the hang of walking on a leash with a gentle leader to assist though he mostly hops/gallops around our back field. He knows to sit, and wait for meal time, we are working to get better recall for him off leash. He is currently living in our barn stall. He will come with a muzzle, gentle leader, food and water bowls, as well as a bag of food and an XXL kennel. He is a good dog but not a good fit for our pack.

Hello! This is Dobby. He is a 1.5 year old Great Dane. We acquired him through a neighbor who was fostering for a rescue. He was 4 months old and timid due to his unstable beginnings but has since come a long ways! Dobby has recently showed signs of potential hip dysplasia and does best with light exercise such as walking, not so good with running. This however, does not deter him from still trying to do the occasional zoomies! We walk a 1.5 mile loop and he does well. As a military family, our up-rooting and busy schedule has made me turn to this route of rehoming. I would love a more stable home for him as our constant moving exasperates his anxious tendencies. He would do amazing in a stable, loving home. Dobby is as sweet and cuddly as they come and lives up to the nickname “gentle giant”. Dobby will come with all his things as well (bed, raised feeding bowl etc)

Big, goofy guy that needs more room to play. Axel has a brother who is also a Great Dane and the two them play and things start to get wild. He is a very affectionate dog, very puppy still. He loves walks, chew bones, and peanut butter. His belly prefers grain-free food and needs lots of water. He likes to jump and play all the time.
