Byndi is a 2-year-old female presumed to be a Dane mix. She comes to us as a stray found by one of our fosters. A sleek black coat and mesmerizing dual eye color, she is a beautiful young lady. She is also a lady with manners, waiting patiently for food and gently taking treats, and is potty and crate trained. Byndi is Young and very playful, often happily carrying toys around with her. She seems to be an all-weather dog, having a grand old time playing in the snow and takes any opportunity to stretch her legs and have a good run. A family with a larger yard or an active lifestyle would be a lovely fit. Exercise will be important. She has had limited experience with cats, but has had good temperament thus far. Byndi has warmed up to people faster than she has to dogs. She seems to be intimidated by larger or more dominant dogs, but has had more playful and relaxed encounters with smaller companions. A home with smaller children might be on the overwhelming side for Byndi, older children would be a better pairing. She is still young and learning boundries. She is still very much in the middle of decompression and has attached herself to her foster mom quickly. Byndi seems to be protective of her person and will need slow introduction to house guests until trust is earned and a routine is built. We are working with a trainer to help ease her anxiety with all the change and finding positive ways to build trust and love. Showing Byndi that the past doesn't have to define her future, and that kindness exists in the world. Byndi has a lot of love and wiggles to give. We believe once Byndi understands she is safe and comfortable, she has all the potential to be the best companion for years to come. All Paw Patrol Dayton animals come snip, chipped, tested and treated. Her adoption fee is usually $285. However, to celebrate Paw Patrol Dayton's 14th Anniversary... her adoption fee is half off during the month of April! All of our animals are vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed/neutered before being adopted.

Monster is an akc registered Great Dane. He was a surprise gift and I’ve had him since he was 10 weeks old. He will be 5 in May. He is really a super sweet boy. Lately him and my other dog have been fighting constantly. My other dog is a 9 year old female pitbull who has always been the alpha and doesn’t take kindly to Monster trying to overstep. Monster would be best fitted in a home where he is the only dog. He does very well with cats and kids. He is an absolute unit, about 140 pounds. He is due for his yearly shots but aside from that he is up to date. He is prone to ear infections. We love him so much and just want him to be in a safe and loving environment. He will steal your heart and any strawberries you leave in his reach.

Billy is nearly 2 yrs old, and generally a sweet 200lb boy, who gets along well with his companion female Dane and with our cat, but he has behavior problems that we can no longer handle. He continues to chew furniture and destroy cushions; if he gets excited on walks he will sometimes jump up and knock down us or a passerby trying to play; most significantly, a couple weeks ago he squeezed partially under our chain link fence and grabbed a dog running free that was visiting our neighbor - sadly, the dog did not survive.We had never seen aggressive behavior from him before. We have had many Danes over the last 30 years but have never had problems like these. We are now in our early 70s and just not strong or wise enough to deal with him. We hope to find him a home with someone who can invest the time and energy to calm his wilder instincts and enjoy the beautiful, sweet, goofy dog he can be.He loves to meet people and does so calmly if under control..

Hi, my name is Duke, aka Dukie Boy. Folks think I’m part Great Dane, GSD, hound, and just an overall big Heinz 57! I’m a bit over 100 lbs. and am a great mix of playful fun and snuggle bugs. I’m neutered, perfectly house trained and go straight into my crate without hesitation! At boarding I have fun with my friends both male and female. I also like to sleep on the bed - I’m the best snuggle buddy since I just curl up into a little ball and sleep through the whole night! Playing ball and frisbee are two of my favorite activities after some fun, I love nothing more than lots of pets and luvins and relaxation. I’m just a young boy (maybe 3-4 at most) who is searching for a forever home! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.
