Story
Location: Fort Worth,TX (adoptable within 2-3 hours of Dallas/Fort Worth) DOB: 3/3/2025 Zero is a very sweet boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He was diagnosed with microphthalmia, which has left him with very limited eyesight. Unfortunately, his condition is not correctable, but Zero doesn’t let that slow him down one bit. He approaches life with enthusiasm, confidence, and joy. This boy is loving, goofy, playful, and full of energy. Once he feels comfortable, he’s incredibly affectionate and loves giving kisses. He quickly bonded with his foster mom and initially cried when she left, even if foster dad was home. Over time, he has gained confidence and now does well when left behind, while still enjoying plenty of attention from both of his foster parents. He has an active, playful side, but when playtime is over, he’s happy to curl up and enjoy a long nap. Zero absolutely loves toys! Soft squeaky toys are a favorite, but balls are at the top of his list. He enjoys tossing them around, squeaking them, and shaking them with excitement. Best of all, he’s gentle with his toys and doesn’t try to destroy them—he simply loves to play. * Fully potty trained with no accidents in the house * Quickly learns and memorizes the layout of his environment * Uses a doggie door independently * Navigates his home confidently despite limited vision * Walks well on a leash * Crate trained and settles down quickly * Learning basic commands and doing well with “sit” * Can be left uncrated at night and sleeps peacefully * Cats? Unknown. * Kids? Zero would likely do well with children, but older children may be the best fit since his limited vision and playful nature could lead to accidental bumps during zoomies and playtime. At bedtime, Zero is happy sleeping on a dog bed or the couch, but if you’ll let him, he’d much rather snuggle up in bed with his family. Zero loves playing with his foster dog sibling. His play style is active and energetic—he enjoys running, pouncing, play-bowing, and gently grabbing feet during play. Because of his enthusiasm, he would thrive in a home with another playful dog, preferably one similar in size and energy level. While he enjoys having people around and would love a family where someone is home often, he has shown that he can stay home alone successfully. The Bottom Line: Zero may have limited eyesight, but he doesn’t see himself as different. He’s a happy, affectionate, playful dog who has adapted beautifully to the world around him. If you’re looking for a loving companion with a joyful spirit and a zest for life, Zero may be the perfect addition to your family. https://forms.gle/G2dJx2NV4JXZcZ9F6

Story
Location: Fort Worth, TX (adoptable within 2-3 hours of DFW) DOB: 5/25/2023 (estimate) Neo is everything people hope for in a Great Dane—a gentle giant with a playful heart and an endless supply of love. Whether you're relaxing at home, heading out for a car ride, or just moving from room to room, Neo will happily be right by your side. He's a true velcro dog who loves being with his people. Don't let his size fool you—Neo is incredibly sweet and easygoing. Thunderstorms, fireworks, loud airplanes...none of them faze him. What does get him excited? A tennis ball, a favorite stuffed toy, a pile of ice cubes, or a good wrestling match with his foster dog siblings! Neo gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and children, making him a fantastic addition to many different types of families. He's house trained, crate trained, rides well in the car, and even tolerates bath time (once he's convinced to get in!). Like many young Danes, Neo could use a little more practice with leash manners, but he's eager to learn and responds well to gentle guidance. If you're looking for a loyal best friend who will fill your home with love, laughter, and plenty of giant-sized snuggles, Neo is ready to meet you! https://forms.gle/G2dJx2NV4JXZcZ9F6

Story
Location: Dallas, Texas (adoptable within 3 hours of DFW) DOB: 4/8/2020 📋 Spayed & Fully Vetted 🐶 Great with Dogs 🐱 Cats Unknown 🏡 Potty Trained 🛋️ Professional Couch Lounger 🔇 Rarely Barks 🚶 Enjoys Short Walks ❤️ Loves Being Around Her People Harley has perfected the art of enjoying the simple things in life. If you’re looking for a calm, loving companion who would rather lounge on the couch than run a marathon, Harley is your girl. Her ideal day includes relaxing near her people, taking a short stroll around the neighborhood, and finding the coziest spot in the house for a nap. Harley is incredibly affectionate and loves being part of whatever her family is doing. Whether you’re watching TV, working from home, or just hanging out, she’s happiest when she’s nearby. She’s independent enough to be left alone occasionally, but she truly enjoys having her people around. One of Harley’s funniest quirks is her fascination with the shower. If she hears the water running, don’t be surprised if a giant Great Dane head suddenly appears to investigate what’s going on! Harley gets along wonderfully with other dogs and has a mellow, easygoing personality that makes her a joy to live with. She’s not much of a toy enthusiast and would happily trade a basket full of toys for a comfortable couch and some quality time with her humans. If you’re looking for a sweet, low-key companion who will fill your home with love, loyalty, and the occasional shower inspection, Harley may be your perfect match. https://forms.gle/G2dJx2NV4JXZcZ9F6
