Story
Meet Rena — playful, cuddly, and absolutely overflowing with love. She’s the kind of girl who greets you with full-body wiggles, happy kisses, and those long legs bouncing in every direction. Rena thrives when she has space to stretch out and really run, so she’d love a home with room to zoom and burn off her joyful energy. After playtime, she’s all about snuggles and soaking up attention. She’s housetrained, walks nicely on a leash, and is ready to bring her big heart (and long legs!) to a family who will adore her as much as she’ll adore them. If you’re ready for a meet and greet, kick off the process with an application at www.flyingbrescue.org/adopt. Our application is thorough but there are no right or wrong answers - we just want to make sure you and the pet are the perfect match. Once we receive your application, we will schedule a phone interview. Our adoptions include a 2-week trial period with fully refundable adoption fees during that period. If you are located outside of Texas, we offer transportation services and have happy families as references. We value transparency, so don’t be afraid to ask us anything.

Story
Annistyn is a majestic senior Great Dane lady with a heart as grand as her stature. In her younger days, she was the confident Alpha gal who led with quiet strength and grace. Now, she’s perfectly content to let another dog take the lead while she enjoys the finer things in life—soft beds, sunny spots, and quality time with her humans. Annistyn gets along wonderfully with medium and large dogs and loves being part of the pack. She’s house and crate trained, polite indoors, and still full of life and affection. This regal girl does have a strong prey drive, so a home without small animals will be best for her. She’s also quite the athlete—she can jump fences—so she’ll need a secure, tall fenced yard to keep her safe while she enjoys her outdoor time. What Annistyn wants most is a loving family to share her golden years with. She has so much love left to give and is ready to be your loyal, gentle companion for the rest of her days. Please spread the word to help Annistyn find her forever family! Share this post, tag your friends, and let's make sure she finds a family that will play with and give her all the love she deserves.
