Story
Meet Zilla!Zilla is a gorgeous 6 1/2 year old Great Dane Mix, who weighs 77 pounds, is spayed and current with all her vaccines. She is the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loving furry friend. Zilla is past the puppy terrors and loves chilling or cuddling with people of all ages. She is crate trained, but doesn`t really ever need to be crated. She is potty trained and knows how to use a doggie door. She does have a little separation anxiety at times, because she loves being around people so much. She loves going for walks or hikes, whatever you want to do she is game. She is also a movie buff and loves snuggling up on the couch with a good film. Or, if you prefer a more relaxed vibe, She can people-watch from a patio while you sip a glass of wine. Whatever your preferences, She`s happy to be your furry sidekick. She is also friendly with other dogs when introduced properly, but unfortunately, Zilla is NOT a cat person. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquires but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Bernard is a striking Piebald Great Dane puppy with a heart as big as his future. His early days were far from ideal—he lived outside with little human contact and missed out on the love and structure every puppy deserves. But Bernard hasn’t let his rough start define him. He’s ready to leave the past behind and soak up all the affection and kindness he can get. This boy craves human interaction. He lights up when people are near and is learning that being close to his humans is a very good thing. Bernard still needs training and plenty of patience as he discovers how to be a family dog, but he’s eager to please and thrives with gentle guidance. Bernard plays well with other big dogs and is more than happy to share your attention with furry friends. With his sweet nature, striking looks, and growing confidence, Bernard is a diamond in the rough—just waiting for someone to polish him up with love and care. If you’re ready to invest in a puppy who will return your patience with a lifetime of loyalty, Bernard is ready to be yours. Please spread the word to help Bernard find his forever family! Share this post, tag your friends, and let's make sure he finds a family that will play with and give him all the love he deserves.
