Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.

Sam (FKA Pan) Is Available For Adoption!🩵 This precious dog was abandoned by his owner & very sad when he was rescued. Since being in a loving foster home, he's much happier. He absolutely adores people & has become somewhat of a velcro dog.🥰 His foster mom says, "He has the sweetest habit: he gently hides himself behind the shower curtain and lies there waiting for us to brush our teeth or whatever. It seems like he feels safe there. Such a cutie.💜 He is truly a lovely dog!" Sam (Pan) has been examined by a vet & other than being underweight from not being fed properly, he's a healthy boy! He's been vaccinated, dewormed & heartworm tested negative. He is neutered & he's approx 8 years of age. He's still underweight at 92 lbs, but eating better every day! Sam is the most gentle-natured giant. He's wonderful with all animals & kids. He enjoys being outside with whoever wants to hang out. He likes to play with other dogs too! Sigfried and his brother Skittles are still very young, but we can tell by their feet that they will be big boys. We definitely think there is a Dane in their family background, but of course we cannot be sure. What we are sure of is that they both are very lovable and just happy that they are safe and well fed after having been abandoned on a country road. We think a family with a yard, or time to take them for long walks would be the ideal environment for these two.
