Story
Paisley is an overly friendly Siberian husky that is crate trained and great around kids. All she wants is belly rubs and to go running. Be careful though she is an escape artist so make sure where you have her off leash or unsupervised is very secure. She will make a wonderful addition to your family and will leave a lasting impression!!

Story
I got ghost at 6 months old! I got him from a pet store. He is currently 7 years old. I haven't done the best of job training him, he knows sit and down. Like all huskies, he is an escape artist and has gotten out more times than i can remember. He LOVES walks. He does resource guard things like chew toys and snacks, but doesn't resource guard food. He's not a fan of getting his paws touched, he will not bite but he will mouth your hand. He's is socialized with people but is not socialized with other animals. Although, when he has gotten out people have used their dogs to keep him distracted and he's been good and playful. But when on a leash he acts different. His diet is… complicated. I would like an outdoor person that can keep him active to adopt him, i think it’s what would be best for him. Or someone that can give him the proper time and keep him active.

Story
Danny came to us from a local Animal Control after being found roaming the streets. This incredibly sweet, playful, and curious young man is always ready for fun, but he also enjoys relaxing and soaking up some downtime after playtime. Danny has a wonderfully open personality and is friendly with most dogs he meets. In fact, he was the go-to dog for testing new intakes at Animal Control because of his easygoing and social nature. Danny also showed no signs of reactivity in the cat room, making him a well-rounded and adaptable companion.

Story
Luna is strikingly beautiful! One blue eye, one brown/ blue eye. She really stands out. Luna is very social and outgoing. Great with other dogs and people. Checking on kids. Husky’s can be aloof, but not Luna . She’s a social butterfly. Young and beautiful, and looking for love in all the wrong places. Found as a stray on the mean streets. Luna is desperate to find a family of her own. She’d make a great family member or companion for an active person. Medium energy and very sweet! Vaccinated, spayed, hw-. Be the hero you know you are . You have the power to change this girls world.

Story
Cute little Dice is ready for a home of his own. He is sweet, loves all kind people, and really likes playing with other fun pups. He is going to be a pleasure to train as he grows up. If you think he might be a good fit for your household, we'd love to hear from you. This puppy Is spayed/neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, treated for all of the intestinal parasites, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Because intestinal parasites are cyclical, your puppy may need additional treatment once you get him/her home. This is common and nothing to be alarmed about. Puppies and dogs need to be treated periodically for parasites throughout their entire lives. The adoption fee is $550 if your adoption is prepaid prior to your pup's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on puppies that are adopted at an event, or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368. WANT TO MEET OUR DOGS IN PERSON? Check the Events tab on cprdogs.com for all weekend adoption event info. The majority of the dogs marked as 'meet me' will be there to see you! More and more of our adopters are having fun with DNA tests on their pups. You might ask yourself why our breed guess is varying degrees of difference from the DNA tests. Most of our puppies are rescued from high kill shelters or other abandonment situations and we have no info on parents. When we rescue puppies that have no background info, we make our very best educated guess as to breed mix and age. Our guesstimate comes from years and years and years of animal welfare work and training, but our guesses won't always agree with your vet, your neighbor, your DNA test, etc. The most important thing to know about your puppy's breed mix is that most likely he/she is a Super Lovable Mutt made of many many many different breeds. If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at the Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. TO APPLY PLEASE GO TO www.cprdogs.com. If your application was successfully submitted you will get an automatically generated confirmation email. Please DO NOT USE the ADOPTAPET "CONTACT THIS RESCUE GROUP" form below or you may not hear from us as these often end up in spam or bouncing back. After receipt of your application, an adoption counselor will then be in touch to answer your questions about this pup, discuss the adoption process and get the ball rolling! Story
Stella really is that girl! Beauty, brains, great manners, and some gorgeous blue eye to top it all off! This beautiful 3-yr old Husky mix with stunning pale blue eyes weighs 55 lbs and is a happy girl with a silly Husky personality. And we mean Husky personality in the best possible way- communicative, playful, curious, and smart. She loves everyone she meets and really enjoys playing with other dogs in her foster home. She is potty trained and ready to be a wonderful new member of your family. If she sounds like a good match for you, we'd love to hear from you. Stella is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. All dogs 6 month + receive a Proheart 6 injection at the time of their heartworm test. This provides heartworm prevention for 6 months from the time of that injection. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are adopted at an event, or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368. WANT TO MEET OUR DOGS IN PERSON? Check the Events tab on cprdogs.com for all weekend adoption event info.
