Story
We got Skyy (black and white) when she was 8 weeks old from Dans Kennels in North Collins. She is 12 years old, and will turn 13 in November. We got Nova (brown and white) when she was 6 months old from Dans Kennels. Nova turned 9 in May. Nova sticks to Skyy’s side and can be very timid/shy. She has always been this way. Skyy is a senior dog. We are looking for a home where the dogs can go together. Experience with huskies is preferred. For huskies our two girls are relaxed and we receive compliments every time we go to the vet with them on their temperament. Recommend a fenced in yard if plan to let them off leash, otherwise they will run like a typical husky. For a husky they are relatively lazy and happy to lay around the house. They are used to having a fenced in yard to run around in when they feel like it. As they are getting older they don’t play as much as they used to. They are crate trained.

MEET LILY! Husky Mix About 4 months old 12 lbs Professional heart-stealer with those blue eyes & BIG ears! Lily may be little, but this girl has a BIG personality! She’s sweet, smart, playful, cuddly and ready to find her forever family! A little about Lily: Dog friendly with pups of ALL shapes & sizes Cat friendly — and would really like them to be her BFF Sleeps ALL NIGHT in her crate like a champ Does great in a pen while her humans are at work Great listener… although payment in treats is expected Already learning FETCH! Loves her bones & toys — especially if you hold her bone while she chews it Doing GREAT with potty training SUPER smart — she learned “sit” within her first 20 minutes in her foster home! Lily is definitely a puppy and has those hilarious bursts of HUSKY ENERGY! She could run around the backyard forever, chase a ball and play until she’s ready to crash. The best part? She’s great at entertaining herself! Give this girl some toys and bones and she is one happy puppy. She’s also right in the middle of her teething stage, so we’re working on puppy nipping. A quick redirect with a toy and she’s off running like she forgot all about your fingers. Her potty training is going wonderfully, too! Lily can spend several hours in her pen while her foster family is at work and very rarely has an accident — and if she does need to go, she’s learning to use her pee pad. Lily’s dream home?A family with a backyard where she can get those puppy zoomies out OR an active family who will keep her busy with walks, fetch, adventures and lots of playtime! ‍ Seriously… how do you say no to those blue eyes and those ears?! Think Lily belongs in your family? (14) APPLY TODAY at Buddysrescue.org!   ##2822622##

Story
Nova is a sweet girl that needs a lot of attention. She has a ton of energy and loves to run around, so a fenced in yard would be a plus for her! Shes so silly, affectionate and can be quite a diva at times. She doesn’t bark, and is also crate trained. Nova is 2.5 yrs old and still has some of her puppy energy left, but will also curl up on the couch next to you for some snuggles.
