I'm a gorgeous girl - and I get along great with other dogs. I love people, too! I would thrive in a home with an active single person, a couple or a family who loves to walk, run, hike, camp or snuggle! I weight about 53 lbs. Please email for an application.

MEET PATCH! Patch is a happy 1-year-old Husky-Shepherd mix in need of a new foster or forever home! He's a handsome boy, with one patch of his eye. Patch was rescued from an overcrowded California shelter hours before he was going to be killed, as the shelter was full. He was impounded there as a stray. Patch is an active guy who wold do well with an active owner - someone who likes to run, walk, hike or go on outings. We are unsure yet how he is with other dogs but will be testing him soon. Overall, he's a great, young dog who will thrive with the right owner. Please email for an application.

Story
Loves the outdoors (walking, hiking, playing). Loves little dogs but afraid of big dogs. Not great with small children. Rarely howls and almost never barks. Listens well but if left alone, will eat food off of higher up places. Originally came from an abusive home. We speculate that small children harmed him as he has always been afraid of them. At this time, we now have a small child and unfortunately there was an incident where she crawled very quickly towards him while he was in his kennel and he became defensive and bit her. Due to this incident, we are needing to rehome him. Preferably with an active individual or couple with no children. We truly believe he will thrive in this environment as he really is a good dog, just with an unfortunate history.

Story
Hi, meet Cali, the sweetest husky about 4-6yrs old. She has a heart full of love for humans and even cats. She would definitely need to be tested with your cat but she loved the kitty her foster had. She's picky with her doggy friends and sometimes takes a little time before she decides if she likes them, probably just a great slow introduction works best for a starting good relationship. She has a fun personality with lots of energy and is a strong girl who gets excited for playtime so maybe young kids aren't best suited for our sweet Cali as we don't want small kids getting knocked over. She would love to have an active family for hikes, walks and all the fun adventures. She would be a fabulous best friend but if there is another dog in the home, she's protective about her food and toys so keeping that separate might be best or teaching her how to share. She's a smart girl so she can learn anything. She's spayed, vaccinated and chipped so she's ready and hoping you'll pick her! Get your application in ASAP! Currently in Southern California, but can be transported up to northern states, such as Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and other close by states, if a great suitable family is willing to adopt him.

Hi, meet the stunning boy Prospero. He's a gorgeous fluffer and just about a year old. He has baby blues that will melt your heart with one look and everyone will be jealous with this majestic boy by your side. He loves his walks, sniffs everything and walks well on a leash, a super plus! He's a little shy at 1st but warms up quickly and has been great in playgroups at husky ranch, so he's dog friendly and likes people too. He seems uncomfortable around small kids so he needs a home with teenage ages and up. Currently in Southern California, but can be transported up to northern states, such as Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and other close by states, if a great suitable family is willing to adopt him
