His ideal home would be a loving and caring home where he would not be left alone at home for long periods at a time. Lo Lo enjoys walking on the leash, does well in car rides, and likes to cuddle. He is also crate-trained, fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. Lo Lo would be a great addition to any loving home willing to give him the attention that he strives for. Story

Tucker is a very energetic and outgoing fellow with unbelievable intelligence. He had a rough start, literally thrown from a car into my aunt's yard when he was roughly 9 weeks old. I had his DNA done and he is a purebred everything dog! He is Jack Russell, Chihuahua, small Poodle, Australian Cattle Dog, German Shephard, Dachshund, Min Pin, Pekingese and Cocker Spaniel. He's much larger than we had anticipated and sadly do not have the adequate outdoor space for him. We also recently moved about an hour from our jobs and the time we have for him has been significantly decreased due to commuting. He does well with our two older cats, although he has a habit of trying to herd them. He has a wonderful personality, and this is honestly very hard for me, but I just can't give him what he needs to be a truly happy boy.

Whether it’s a game of tug-of-war, a squeaky toy chase, classic fetch, or a walk in the great outdoors, Wrigley’s tail is always wagging. He's also been friendly with other dogs at the shelter Wrigley recently went on a field trip with a volunteer, who reported: "Wrigley had a great time exploring the Alameda waterfront. He followed his nose, taking in all the smells, yet was content to go wherever I lead him. He didn’t blink an eye at bicycles whizzing by and calmly observed passing dogs, not barking or pulling toward them even when they were rowdy. He was fascinated by the ground squirrels, though I was able to redirect him without much trouble. We took several breaks along the way to cuddle, have some treats, and take in the sights. Wrigley is a gentle and affectionate pup with the most expressive ears. He was a very good boy on our outing!" In his foster home, Wrigley has settled in beautifully. He's a quiet shadow, always nearby and always ready for snuggles. He’s smart, treat-motivated, and learns quickly. He has shown some signs of separation anxiety, so a home with people who are around a lot, or have a confident canine buddy, could be a great fit.
