Nod is neutered Jack Russell/Rat Terrier mix born about February 2024. He was found as a stray (Nod is a biblical name that means “wanderer”) and is being fostered by a very nice family who have become fond of him. Unfortunately their dog doesn’t like sharing the home, so they can’t keep him but will foster until Nod gets a good home. He loves to snuggle and not at all a “wild” terrier. He is house trained, leash trained, good with dogs, seems to ignore cats, and is very happy. Adoption fee is $95. This covers the cost of spay/neuter, DHPP, Rabies, Flea, tick, heart worm check, worm treatment, and microchip. To adopt, you need to first fill out an application. Mellow is the best Cuddler I have ever known. He will snuggle wherever he can fit in. He takes a little while to warm up but he will soon be wagging his tail for you. He hasn’t been around kiddos much so I am unsure if he likes them or not. He is very much an only child and I recommend he goes to someone who can provide him with plenty of stimulation, affection, and attention. He does have a brother of a different breed and they get along just fine however Mellow is rather territorial and that has posed concerns. I have no interest in being paid anything I just pray that you have the purest intentions and will give him the pampered life he deserves. Thank you so much for reading this!
