Story
Rody is a 6-month-old puppy with a heartwarming story of survival. Once at risk of euthanasia in a shelter, he has been given a second chance at life. Currently weighing 9 kg, Rody is expected to grow to around 15 kg as an adult. Despite his young age, he is well-mannered and enjoys playing with dogs of all sizes while also being friendly with people. As a young puppy, Rody is at a crucial stage for socialization training. He is sensitive to loud noises and may get startled by motorcycles or cars during walks. While he walks calmly most of the time, a double leash is recommended for his safety in such situations. With gradual exposure to noises, his sensitivity can improve over time, and he can be desensitized through consistent training at home and outside. Rody loves outdoor activities and enjoys playing with toys, reflecting his lively and playful personality. He is already well-trained to do his business outside, although he may have occasional accidents in unfamiliar places. With regular outdoor routines, he is quick to adapt. Rody is a food enthusiast and has a calm demeanor, rarely barking. As he is still young, he is eager to learn and will thrive with opportunities to experience new things, such as riding in an elevator or car. With consistent training, patience, and love, Rody will grow into a well-mannered and delightful companion. Rody is looking for a family who can provide him with a warm and secure home. He’s ready to begin his journey of love and joy with his new family. Are you ready to welcome Rody into your life?

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Beau Beau is a Gorgeous, loving, and loyal Jack Russell-Papillon mix known as a Papi-Jack. Initially shy, he warms up quickly into a sweet and loving 5-year-old boy who uses his whole body to show his happiness. Watching him become excited when his human walks through the door is a sight. He is so delighted that he can barely contain himself and will not be satisfied until he is held and told how much he is loved and adored. Beau will give his whole heart to the person who will love him forever.  Beau needs a woman-only home as he is used to living in an all-female household and doesn't do well with men. He requires a yard for sunning and potty and prefers to have 1-2 dog friends to thrive, But he would also do well as an only dog.  Beau needs an adult-only home. He does not like children or grandchildren, as they scare him and may bite. Beau prefers women to men, but with patience and proper socializing, he will become friendly with the man in the home (if there is one). If you're looking for a sweet lover boy who wants to be with you everywhere, is super playful, and loves having a buddy dog to be close to, Beau is your guy! He has a medium-long, soft, and silky fur coat and is well-groomed, brushed, and bathed. Beau adores being clean and brushed and loves attention, being talked to, and being hugged. He is housebroken but has also learned to use a Peepad as a backup if needed.  Beau is intelligent, lovingly gentle, and protective. He becomes very close to his particular person. Beau does become a watchdog if you have company, so he will need a nice, quiet place to retire to if you have guests and people he has not been adequately introduced to in the home. He prefers to be around only 1 or 2 people and becomes a lap dog, hugger, and kisser once he knows he can trust his humans. Beau likes all small dogs he has met and has done well with a few older lab puppies we have brought in, engaging them in play.  Due to Jack Russell's prey drive, Beau needs a small, animal-free home. I.E No cats, mice, reptiles or rodent-like pets. How To Adopt Beau   Please use the link below to apply. One of our volunteers will review the application and call to follow up with questions, answer yours, and see if you are a match for this pup.  The next step is a meet and greet if a match can be made. Please use a computer, as tablets and cell phones will drop the application. Beau has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate his adopters on proper diet and nutrition for his and his new buddies.  To apply to adopt Beau, he has a $595.00  adoption fee.  All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. Please fill out the online application using this link.  Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible so we can get to know you and make the best match.      https ://rompinpawsrescue.com Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 3, 2025, 2:51 pm
