DOB 12/12/23 Daphne is one of our parvo survivors from Fresno Humane. She is an adorable scruffy, mixed breed pup. We think she will be med size full grown. She loves other dogs and people and is super food motivated. She is working on her potty training and uses the doggy door. She has been a super easy foster pup and loves playing with her sister, Josephine. Pics really do not do her justice she is such a cute dog. Daphne is fixed, chipped, fully vaccinated and ready to explore the world with her new best friend. Could it be you? If you are interested in meeting Daphne please fill out an application https://www.ozziespoundpuppies.org/applications/adoption-application/ Adoption fee is $300

Story
Canine Good Citizen Program Awhoooo! I'm Emilio! I'm a 2 year old, neutered male, 60 pound Chocolate Lab/Pit Bull mix and I'm excited to meet you! I'm a very affectionate boy but I can come on a bit strong. It's only because I'm so stoked to see you! I love giving hugs and will try to sit on you. I'm as cuddling and huggable as can be! I also love to run, sniff, jump -- and did I mention jumping?! I'm super great at it. My buddies here at PHS tell me there are times jumping is not appreciated, and I'm doing my best to learn manners. My ideal home will be with adults who are ready to devote lots of time and energy giving me love, training and exercise. I would do best in a home where I am the only pup for now. Since I'm not always sure who I can give high fives to, I would do best in a home with adults only. I can't wait to be your forever faithful adventure buddy! Emilio ID# A931862 I recently went on a field trip with my favorite volunteer. This is what they had to say about our day together:  Perfect!! Overall he was AMAZINGG. I had him in my house and in my backyard and he wasn’t all over the place or jumpy or anything he was really good, honestly just stayed near me and explored at the same time, whenever I’d call him he’d follow me. He was attached to this random cat toy that was in my backyard and he sunbathed for a chunk of the time. When I picked him up from the shelter, he was anxious for the first 30 mins in the car. He did much better on our car ride back to the shelter. He jumped in perfectly fine and was good in the car, not anxious at all.     The AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) program provides a perfect framework for training a dog to become a polite member of society! I am on track to get CGC certificate! In order to pass I have been training hard to master the following 10 items: Politely greet strangers. Sitting politely for petting. Accepting of grooming. Good manners on walks. Walking through a crowd politely. Sit and down on cue and staying in place. Coming when called. Not reacting to another dog while on walks. Does not react to distractions. Waits patiently when separated from owner.       Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010. Story
Hello, my name is Sanford and I'm an 11 month old, neutered, lab mix that currently weighs about 82lbs! I'm a big boy that's still learning about the world around me. I'm hoping for a loving and patient family that will help me 'learn how to dog'. I'm still working on my training and social skills, but I'm a total sweetheart with my favorite people! I enjoy walks when I have time to observe and explore everything! I'm a curious guy that wants to learn as much as I can about anything and everything around me. If I sound like the perfect dog for you, just ask Customer Service about Sanford!  ID# A943925Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010. Story
Hi there, I'm Bella Mae! I'm a 1 an a half year old, 56 lbs., spayed female Lab mix. I'm the sweetest girl in the world; I love to say hi to the nice humans I meet and am a great player of the game of fetch (when I remember to bring the ball back). I'm still pretty unsure about meeting other dogs and will need the help of my new family with practicing that. I'm working on my overall manners and making great progress! The volunteers here say I have a polite 'sit' and a very nice 'watch me'. While I continue working on my manners it would be best if I went home with a family with kids that are 10 years or older. I would love to meet the whole household before going home including any resident dogs.
