DOB 12/12/23 Daphne is one of our parvo survivors from Fresno Humane. She is an adorable scruffy, mixed breed pup. We think she will be med size full grown. She loves other dogs and people and is super food motivated. She is working on her potty training and uses the doggy door. She has been a super easy foster pup and loves playing with her sister, Josephine. Pics really do not do her justice she is such a cute dog. Daphne is fixed, chipped, fully vaccinated and ready to explore the world with her new best friend. Could it be you? Story
Charley is a 5 year-old F1 Labradoodle we brought home from a breeder at 10 weeks-old. She is healthy and goes to the groomer every 6 weeks. She lives outdoors with another dog, with covered spaces and 1/2 acre to enjoy. Charley had months of 1-1 training as a pup, and will do anything for treats. She even attended community college alongside her trainer for a semester. She spends her days giving loving licks, jumping and running with our other dog and napping in the sun. Unfortunately, our work schedules changed, and we are away from home for long stretches. Charley has not coped well, and has started chewing. I think an owner/family who can provide more attention is the kindest option.

**Meet Buddy this Saturday, May 4th from 11:00 to 1:00 at Dublin Petsmart West, 6960 Amador Plaza Rd.** Buddy is a 60-pound, male, black Lab mix now in foster care. He is fully housebroken and sleeps through the night. He is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. Buddy was apparently dumped in Livermore and ran loose of at least six weeks before he was trapped and brought to the shelter. He was too scared to be put up for adoption, but his (now) foster parents took him out for walks over the next month and established enough trust with him to bring him home to live with them. Buddy lives with two other dogs and a five-year old child. He is calm and gentle with his foster daddy but still very shy with strangers. His foster parents feel he is now ready to meet new people and eventually start the next phase of his life, so your socializing with Buddy will help him on his journey to his "furever" home. ## See video of Buddy at the end of the photo gallery! ## If you are interested in Buddy, please submit an application by clicking the "Apply For Adoption box " located below his photos on the right side. *** Courtesy Posting*** Simba is 8 months old. He loves kids, adults and has never met a stranger he doesn't like. He is a superb snuggler. He's energetic and loves to be outside and play catch . He's fully potty trained had rounds of parvo and got he's shots. He loves people so he's down side is just that he gets super excited and won't leave you alone 🤣 If you are looking for a playful, sweet, best friend Simba is your boy. Simba will be neutered before he is re-homed. Apartment living will not be a great option for Simba unless the potential owner is very active. Story
Meet sweet and innocent girl, Raven. At only ten months old, this little girl ended up at the Hayward animal shelter after her owner passed away. She lived with a couple of other dogs in a backyard and was completely shut down and afraid of people when she came to the shelter. She was however, extremely dog friendly and the shelter staff worked with her closely to help overcome her fears. She did very well in a temporary foster home and went on to find a long term foster home through Lucky Dog rescue. Raven hid in the crate and under the ottoman in her foster home the first two days. With the help of another foster dog buddy, she started coming out of her shell and warmed up to her foster mom. On day three, she hopped on to the foster mom’s lap and there’s been no going back ever since. Raven is 100% sweet, loves other dogs and dotes on kids and people once you give her some time. She has bonded so closely with her foster friend and lives for snuggles, lap time and pets. She has no guarding issues and is the best dog there ever can be. She’ll make a perfect second dog for a lucky family! Raven thrives on dog to dog interaction and it’s important she gets plenty of opportunities to meet and socialize with canine friends. She is potty trained, uses doggy doors, crate trained, super playful and also is mellow, cuddly and affectionate all the same. Since being a backyard dog, she’s come a long way! We can’t wait for you to fall in love with this amazing girl!
