Story
Our dog was a Christmas gift for our two children in 2020 during the pandemic. Our family traveled nearly 100 miles to the breeder’s home to pick him up. The kids loved him and enjoyed his company. Once we returned to a “normal “ routine following the pandemic, it became a bit more challenging to keep up with daily walks and doggie care. Yet, we continued until both kids graduated from high school and left for college. We travel more now and the kids are no longer living at home to constantly love on the doggie. We’d love for him to be with someone who has more dedicated time to spend with and nurture him.

Story
🐾 Onyx – 2-Year-Old Lab Mix Looking for His Perfect Home 🐾 Meet Onyx! This 75-lb goofball is a 2-year-old lab mix with a huge heart and lots of energy. He absolutely loves people and is great with kids. Onyx is playful, affectionate, and happiest when he has space to run, which is why he would thrive in a home with a yard or plenty of room to stretch his legs. Onyx is mostly house-trained and very social. When he sees other dogs, he gets extremely excited because he wants to run over and say hello. He’s not aggressive—just very enthusiastic and still learning his leash manners. Because of his energy, Onyx does best with an active owner who can give him exercise, structure, and plenty of toys to keep him busy. At 75 lbs, he doesn’t always realize his size and loves zoomies, so a home with space is ideal. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun-loving dog who will keep life exciting and fill your home with personality, Onyx might be your guy. 🐶

Story
Ozzy is a very lovable, high energy dog. She gets along great with our other doodle but is definitely the dominate dog. She loves playing chase and running around the yard. She needs LOTS of space to run and an owner who can take her on frequent walks. Unfortunately, she is not the most patient dog with kids which has become an issue with our 5 and 7 month old. She has never bitten but will assert herself/growl if she feels threatened. She is also a runner. Any chance she gets, she will take off. This has posed a safety concern for her and our other dog who will take off with her. We want to find a home that can better meet Ozzy’s needs and give her the life she deserves.

Story
Meet Joy! Introducing Joy, a resilient 4-year-old Lab/Shepherd mix who has shown incredible strength and love despite a rough start. Pulled from a shelter and malnourished, Joy is now thriving and sharing her gentle heart with her three black “Christmas” pups. Now that her puppies have found their families, it’s her turn to be someone’s baby! Loving Once She TrustsJoy can be a little shy at first, but with a patient, loving, and consistent home, she blossoms into a loyal velcro dog who loves being close to her people. She’s potty and leash trained, knows a few commands, and enjoys walks, yard time, and playing outside—but also loves winding down with belly rubs and cuddles. She enjoys her own space but can get along with other dogs when introduced properly. Mama and Adventure LoverJoy is a caring, devoted mama and a sweet companion who enjoys life and adventures. She’s great with children, loves car rides, and would do well in a calm, patient home where she can feel secure and get the outdoor time she needs. Not Good with CatsJoy would do best in a home without cats. Ready for a Patient, Loving HomeJoy is looking for a family who can give her the time and trust she needs to feel secure. Her gentle, loving nature, once earned, makes her a truly special companion for a family or someone who wants a devoted, affectionate dog. If Joy’s story touches your heart, come meet her! She’s ready to bring love, care, and joy to her forever home ##2607582##

Story
Marley is a very sweet, low energy girl. She loves the outdoors and will sit and sniff the air all day if you let her. She likes daily walks, if possible. She does not like loud noises such as fireworks and excessive barking of other dogs. We have a little Morkie, (Leo) who has a high pitched bark. This has been problematic in that when Leo starts barking, Marley becomes very anxious and has nipped Leo. Because of this, when we leave home, they have to be separated , and when we're home we have to quickly separate the two as soon as little Leo starts what we call "screaming". They fight over toys outside, and have since they were puppies. I'd like to find a home for Marley where she is the only pet and can feel safe and loved. She and Leo do love one another, but due to the reactivity to noise, I just have to monitor them so closely. The main reason for rehoming Marley, though, is that I have medical issues, and travel for surgeries. It's always so difficult finding reliable sitters.

Story
I Love My Dog! Despite this, my busy schedule is not allowing me to give him the love and care he deserves. My kids are grown and/or gone and my new place isn’t suitable for him to thrive in. Blue is a typical Labrador, he loves people & kids. But he is NOT good with other dogs. My hope is that he is paired with a family/individual that has patience and can ease him out of it. I’ve had Blue since he was a couple days out. He is a pure chocolate Lab. When he was about 1 1/2 he was attacked by another neighborhood dog, and while it left no permanent physical damage it did make him think every dog was going to do that. So his reaction when he sees any other dog is intense. He turned 3 June 21st & just like most Labs he just wants attention, to jump on you and to have fun. He has never been fully trained so he is a little unruly. But he doesn’t use the bathroom inside ever. As long as he is taken out twice a day he won’t have any accidents. You must be Lover of dogs to adopt my Blue!!
