Story
Jovi is a sweet, soulful 4 year old, 21 lb Miniature Labradoodle who just wants a person to call his own. He’s a gentle, shy boy at first, more of a “take it slow and let me come to you” kind of guy, but once he feels safe, his loving personality starts to shine. He enjoys being near his person, with a little personal space at first, and builds trust in the most heart melting way, on his own time, with quiet loyalty and soft affection. Jovi does well with other dogs, though he does best with ones who respect his space when he needs it. He walks on a leash but may need a little patience in new places as he gains confidence. He settles nicely in his crate after a few minutes and is learning his house manners. He currently wears a belly band as he continues working on marking behavior (he was JUST neutered); he’s trying, and progress takes time. Jovi would thrive in a calm, understanding home with a fenced in yard (he won't potty on leash right now), a confident dog buddy preferred but not required, and a patient human who is home often. A quieter, adult-only environment is ideal for him. This boy has so much love to give; he just needs someone willing to meet him where he is and watch him blossom. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will form a deep, meaningful bond, Jovi might just be your perfect match. To adopt him, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org His adoption fee is $350, which includes his shots up-to-date, microchipping, neuter, heartworm testing, and dental cleaning.

Story
Sammy is a special dog! He's loyal and protective and very sweet! Sammy doesn't like toys. He prefers treats and ear rubs! He takes his time with walks smelling all of the things. He's been in my little family for 6 years and has been a member of our extended family for 10 years. He's my first child and was there when I had my daughter. My daughter calls Sammy her brother! Circumstances have changed and it's with a heavy heart that we need to rehome Sammy. He's gotten a bit older and needs a little more care as my health has declined. Sammy has arthritis in his back legs. What's best for Sam is someone who can take time with him. He needs more attention than I can give. I'd love for him to have an enclosed outdoor space. Maybe other dog friends. This is a difficult moment. Please only engage if you're ready to give Sammy the love he needs.

Story
Luna is a 5-month-old black Labradoodle looking for an active home. She is healthy, playful, and loves playing with balls and chewing on her favorite stick. She is very affectionate and curious, but like many puppies her age, she has lots of energy and is still learning. She is currently working on potty training, basic manners, and puppy biting. She would do best with someone who has the time and patience to continue her training.I care about Luna and want to find a home that can give her the attention and exercise she needs. I’m rehoming her because my schedule (school and cross-country), finances, and family situation make it difficult for me to provide the level of care a young puppy requires.

Story
Gunnie is a 13-year-old female Lab-Weimaraner mix with a heart as big as her soulful eyes. This sweet, silver-coated lady is in her golden years, but don’t let her age fool you — she still perks up for her favorite things: leisurely walks, windows-down car rides, tasty treats, and just about any kind of affection you’re offering. At around 75 lbs, Gunnie is the perfect size for snuggling beside you on the couch or accompanying you on a short stroll through the neighborhood. She's friendly with humans of all kinds and would thrive in a calm home where she can soak up love and enjoy her well-earned retirement. Gunnie is fully vetted, spayed, and house-trained. She does well with other mellow dogs and would be happy as either a solo companion or with her brother Root Beer. She doesn’t ask for much — just your time, your kindness, and a soft bed to call her own.     An Adoption Application for this dog can be found at and can be submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms Be sure to like our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.          March 7, 2026, 7:49 pm

Story
Meet Tiny Cocoa!   If joy had four paws and a wagging tail, it would be Tiny Cocoa. At 10–12 weeks old and about 8 pounds, Tiny Cocoa is a happy little bundle of energy who greets every single person and dog with pure excitement. The moment she sees you, her tail starts wagging, her whole body wiggles, and she bounces toward you to say hello. She has never met a stranger, only future friends.   Cocoa is often called a miniature version of her mama. With her beautiful brown and white coloring and expressive face, the family resemblance is unmistakable. Like her mom, she has a very sweet nature, and absolutely loves toys, mealtime, games, and just about anything that keeps her busy and having fun. Although she's full of puppy enthusiasm, Tiny Cocoa is just as loving as she is playful. After she's finished exploring the yard or chasing a favorite toy, she's perfectly happy to curl up beside you and recharge before the next adventure.   She's already learning what it means to be a well-mannered dog. She knows sit, easily goes into her crate at bedtime, and is making great progress with all the important puppy lessons she'll need in her forever home. Tiny Cocoa is eager to please, food-motivated, and learns quickly, which makes training both easy and enjoyable.   She is expected to stay on the smaller side as an adult, making her the perfect companion for everything from neighborhood walks to cozy evenings on the couch. If you're looking for a new best friend, Tiny Cocoa is ready to fill your home with wagging tails, puppy kisses, and endless happiness. All she needs now is a family to call her own.
