Story
Hello! Diamond here!I am a one-and-a-half-year-old, medium sized, bully type mix that is so heckin' excited to find my new best friends! I was brought into the shelter by animal control when I was found roaming and scared. My owners did not want me anymore, so I am here and have spent the winter holidays waiting to my new family. I would likely do best in a home with older kiddos as I am a high energy player and may accidentally knock tottling toddlers over. Since I was not formally surrendered, my friends here do not know how I would be with other dogs and cats, so please bring your canine companions in to ensure we'll make the best of friends before I come home. I hope to see you soon!~Diamond, out!Weight: 43 lbs Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 42.6 Age: 1yrs 7mths 2wks

Story
Hi, Im Theodore Roosevelt, but everyone calls me Teddy (or Sheddy Teddy wink). Im a 4yo, well-mannered guy. Im house and crate-trained, stay off furniture, walk nicely on a leash, and know my basics: sit, stay, come, heel, shake, and more. I don’t bark much. I love being active: running, swimming, fetching tennis balls, long walks, car rides, but Im also a total sweetheart who thrives on affection. Belly rubs, sunbathing, treats, licking the spoon, and being close to my people are my favorite things. I want to go where you go. I live with kids and cats and Im gentle with both. I adore other dogs and do best with a canine buddy. Im best suited for a home with older kids; tiny humans getting in my face make me uncomfortable, though Ive never bitten. My family loves me deeply. Due to a childs medical needs requiring more time, theyre carefully finding me a home that can match my energy and need for companionship. Theyre being very selective because they want this to be my forever home.

Story
Hi,Im Kelly but call myself  "Lucky" — and I really am! I was found wandering the streets alone, hungry, scared, and with no place to call home. Animal Control picked me up, and I waited… and waited… but no one ever came looking for me. After some time passed, I ended up on the euthanasia list — not because I was bad, but because the shelter was full and my time had run out. But then, just when things seemed hopeless, a rescue stepped in and gave me the second chance I’d been dreaming of. I can’t tell you how grateful I am — I’ve got so much life and love left to give! I’m a happy, energetic pup who would thrive with another playful dog or an active family that can keep up with me. I’m still learning my leash manners (I get a little excited — can you blame me?), but I’m eager to learn and always up for an adventure. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a heart full of gratitude and a tail that never stops wagging, I just might be your girl. September 27, 2025, 2:46 am

Story
Dixie’s story started with heartbreak. She was picked up as a stray and taken to the shelter, where no one ever came to claim her. As Christmas approached, Dixie found herself on the euthanasia list — alone, confused, and running out of time.  But then, a miracle happened. Our rescue was able to step in and save Dixie, giving her the greatest gift of all: a second chance at life.  Today, Dixie is in foster care and absolutely thriving. She’s finally learning what it means to feel safe, loved, and valued — becoming the dog she was always meant to be. Dixie is a very loving little girl who wants nothing more than to be by your side. She is housebroken, crate trained, and does wonderfully with other dogs. All Dixie wants now is a forever home where she can be loved, spoiled, and cherished for the rest of her days. After everything she’s been through, she truly deserves her happily ever after.  If you’re looking for a loyal, sweet companion, Dixie is ready to give her whole heart to you. January 5, 2026, 1:29 pm

Story
I’m Trinity aka Trin Trin and I am a SUPER special girl! My current foster mom has been helping me trust people again - I unfortunately was abandoned, abused and left in a cage alone all day but that’s changed since I’ve been rescued. I was really scared when I first got here and am doing a lot better now but still need a person who can be patient and understanding. Once I trust you I want to be around you all the time and will give you unconditional love!  My favorite is to roll around on my back on the sofa so you can pet my belly. If I’m really happy I’ll gather all my toys and put them in a pile where you are. I enjoy sun bathing in the backyard while sniffing the air. I’m great in the car and will happily jump in to go for a ride.  Since I’m still learning to trust people I need to be in a calm home with no small children or other animals. I used to live with a dog so I may be able to have a sibling in the future but I may need to be an only dog long term. I’m on medication long term to help me relax and it’s been working wonders! I also need a fenced yard because I may be 6 but I’m lightening fast with plenty of energy.  I really hope you’ll give me a chance to have a great life after everything I’ve been through - I can’t wait to give you lots of kisses and snuggle on the sofa together! November 4, 2024, 3:23 pm
