Story
Hi I’m Sallie Brown and I would love to meet you! I am a little older (10 years) than some of the other girls around here, but I am still very active and love walks and car rides. I have a nice slim body (45 pounds) and great legs for walking. I’m also better trained than some of the other younger ones. I am house and crate trained and have good manners so you won’t need to worry about potty training with me. I would like to spend my days in a quiet home free of children, so I can enjoy time with adults who appreciate the quietness of life.  I have a sharp mind and enjoy mental stimulation. I enjoy walking alone or with another well-behaved dog I can be friends with, but I do like my personal space in a home. As I have matured, I have found that I like structure & consistency a lot. Therefore, I don’t want to share space with other little ones who don’t share my need for a quiet, settled lifestyle. If you enjoy the quieter side of life with daily walks and some brain exercises, then I think we could be a great match. Story
Mustang loves people. He cannot get enough attention from everyone. He is the definition of a velcro dog. He is always ready to go on a car ride and if you’re not careful, will jump in someone else’s car. He is particularly fond of pick-up trucks. If a car is involved, he is always thinking “Where are WE going?”   Mustang loves toys, chews, and balls. Soft toys will be gutted within 2 minutes, but he will love those 2 minutes and continue to play with the toy. He enjoys running around by himself or with other dogs, chasing balls and not bringing them back and has the energy and good nature of a lab.   Mustang is a happy-go-lucky boy, and he will do well with doggy siblings his size or not too much smaller, or he can be a solo doggo. He is a bit unaware of his size (70lbs). He will not do well living with a cat. He does have barrier reactivity to other reactive dogs, that needs to be worked through. He is highly food motivated, so training with consistency will be very successful.    He loves blankets! It is not uncommon to see him joyously wriggling around with a blanket he wrapped himself in, or walking around with a blanket over his head. Blankets are his Disney World!   He has a great appetite and has no issues with any foods or treats. He is very healthy and does not have a history of any medical issues.    He is easy to love, low maintenance, and Mustang has a huge heart. He knows the secret to life is to love and be loved.     For inquiries, email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online at http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms Please be sure to like our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue. *Some of our animals receive a high volume of applications, and we strive to select the best home for each animal. Story
Adopted Barrett from humane society as a puppy. He is a sweet dog but timid around people and other animals. He has used a training pad indoors but was not taken outside regularly. He has never bitten anyone but has growled and barked, I think he’s just anxious cause he is kept indoors a lot but would love to see him go to a home that will care for him the way he deserves. Would like to see him live a normal dog life with someone who can properly take care of him. He is 7 years old and still has a lot of energy but also is a very chill dog when you sit with him. He is great around people he knows so I just think if someone is patient and loving with him he would be a great companion.

Story
Hi, I'm Sammie! Now what to say about me... Oh, I'm a mother to my beautiful pups who are off doing incredible things with their new families! As for me, I'm with a foster parent. I live with another dog who is teaching me how to be a real dog (that sort of mentorship is a MUST in my furever home) and I also live with my foster's kids and I absolutely adore them all. Though, I do sometimes struggle with loud noises. When I was pregnant I spent some time in a very scary shelter that kept me on a chain for long periods of time. This causes me to be a little jumpy so I hope to find a yard that can keep me contained. I am so grateful to have been rescued, and incredibly excited to find the loving home I know is out there for me! FOLLOW @twotailzrescue on Instagram and Facebook

Story
Sweet Ryley came from a terrible hoarding situation, and has slowly built up trust again with humans. She loves other dogs and need to have another dog in the home. She is crate trained and walks well on leash. She loves being outdoors! So far she's explored the mountains, lake, and beach, and she loves it all! She did show some fear of men in the beginning but has slowly been warming up to her foster dad, even letting him pet her. She needs a calm, loving home, with older kids only. Once she gets to comfortable with you, her silly side will come out!

Lesa was born Nov 2020 and is an intelligent and obedient Lab/Retriever Mix. She has soulful eyes and is an all-around happy girl! She has medium energy and would love to have someone that will play fetch with her regularly. She is house and crate trained and is currently working on learning her basic commands. Lesa currently lives with an 11yr old child and would do well in a house with kids similar in age or adults. She can be selective about her doggy friends and would do best as the only dog in a house. She has not been cat tested. She&#39s a sweet and affectionate girl that would make a great addition to any family. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, & micro-chipped.July 9, 2024, 2:57 pm

Story
Meet Rosetta, Rose for short. Rose was born Feb 2014 and is a Georgia red dog who loves her people and follows them everywhere. Some say you can see the hearts coming from her eyes when she looks at her person. She is sweet, calm and well-mannered, although when it is time to come out of her crate, you may hear her bark with excitement. Her ideal forever home would be a calm household with a dog sister, maybe a fenced backyard to explore, but if not, a family that enjoys walking the neighborhood. Rose is crate trained and housebroken, and able to be crated for an entire workday. She is just an incredibly sweet and calm girl who is looking for a family committed to making her an important member of the family.July 9, 2024, 2:57 pm
