Josie is the sweetest girl ever! 2 year old lab mix. I got her from the shelter 6 months ago. And a week into being with her I discovered I’m allergic to her. I have been trying for the past 6 months to deal with it. In different medicine and shoes. Nothing has helped. So my doctor believes it’s best that I give her away so I can get better. Jojo is super smart. House/crate trained. Spayed. Easy going. Great cuddler. Mild mannered. She is shy and timid at first but will open up with right people. (I believe she may hvbeen abused before) She loves to run and play but also she loves to chill. She will be a great companion for anyone. She’s the best!

Bella loves playing fetch, running around the fenced yard, going on walks, and curling up right next to you on the couch end of day.Raised by a Nutritionist, she is strong and healthy -doing well with housebreaking and is crate-trained up to an hour. She sleeps quietly through the night with you. She knows basic commands and is easily trainable.Bella is starting socialization but can be shy at first, especially with men. She has a sweet, gentle cautious nature. We believe she may have some past trauma. She is very protective of her owner and home.Bella would thrive with an active woman owner, who is patient, compassionate, and experienced with puppies. This is tank. He is a purebred black lab in need of rehoming. We live in an apartment and he barks in the middle of the night due to being in the crate but he does not bark when he sleeps in our bed. We have tried everything from bark collars to muzzles to professional training but unfortunately we have gotten a lot of noise complaints so he is in need of a home. he is 9 months old and potty trained as well as he does not need to be in the crate during the day. Bailey was born 1/7/26. He is approximately 40 pounds. My sister moved in with us due to the horrific living conditions that she was in. She came with 3 dogs. 1 standard poodle & the 2 puppies. The father is a standard poodle & the mother is a lab mix. The 2 puppies, Bailey & Sargent, will be large dogs & are crate trained. They are are partially house trained. We need to re-home the puppies. We already have 3 very small dogs & my Chihuahua definitely does not like them. They are too big & too active. My dogs are 16/17 & live a quiet sedentary life. Please, if you would like an active large puppy, Bailey is for you. They are just too much, too active and having 6 dogs in the house is too many.

Please contact Jamie (jamie@pawsandprayers.org) for more information about this pet.  Meet Jake! This handsome Lab mix is 1–2 years young, weighs 52 pounds, and is ready to find a family of his own. Jake is a laid-back guy who enjoys spending time with his people. Like many young dogs, Jake could benefit from some basic training and continued guidance. He already knows how to sit, and with a little patience, consistency, and a pocket full of treats, we think he'll be eager to learn more. Jake's favorite thing is simply being with his humans. Whether you're heading out for a walk, relaxing on the couch, or tackling your daily routine, Jake is happy to be your sidekick. He's a sweet, easygoing boy looking for someone willing to help him become the best dog he can be. Cats? That's still a mystery. Jake hasn't met any feline roommates yet, so we can't say whether he'll want to be best friends or simply pretend they don't exist. Jake has been exposed to Lyme disease but is currently asymptomatic. He is being treated with doxycycline (doxy) and is doing well. His adopter should continue routine veterinary care, including annual Lyme disease screening and any follow-up recommendations from your veterinarian. Jake is currently staying at our shelter so we cannot say whether or not he’s housebroken. His new family should be prepared to take on house training, which is to be expected whenever bringing a new pet home, he will need some time to adjust and get in to a routine. Jake’s adoption fee is $350.00 Please complete a non-obligatory application at www.pawsandprayers.org All Paws and Prayers animals are up to date on vaccinations (age appropriate) and are given monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention.
