Meet Kevin (male) and Karen (female). They were adopted from Northeast Ohio SPCA in February at 10ish weeks old. They are litter mates from Georgia. They have had all of their shots and check ups. They were spayed and neutered in July. Due to our family size and extra curricular activities, we have failed to be there for them and provide the proper care and maintenance that they deserve. They are not house broken and spend most of their day outside enjoying the summer air. They are great around kids and have never shown aggression towards humans. They are great around some dogs but tend to “pack” so other dogs have found it overwhelming.

When she was found alongside two younger puppies, she naturally took on a protective role — gently blocking them from running into the road and keeping them safe. That kind of awareness and responsibility doesn’t come from training — it comes from who she is. She’s a joyful, affectionate girl who warms up quickly once she feels safe. While she can be a little timid at first (understandably so after being abandoned), it doesn’t take long for her true personality to shine through — and when it does, she’s all smiles, tail wags, and love. She does wonderfully with other dogs and has a natural, nurturing presence with younger pups. She enjoys people, seeks affection, and loves being part of the action, but she also has a gentle, thoughtful side that makes her easy to live with. We believe she may be a Border Collie / Lab mix, a combination known for intelligence, loyalty, and big hearts. She’s likely going to be a large adult dog, and with continued love and stability, she will grow into an incredibly devoted companion. This girl would thrive in a home that values connection, kindness, and inclusion — someone who understands that confidence grows with trust. Hi, my name is Archer, and I'm an energetic, loving boy looking for my forever home. One of my absolute favorite things to do is play catch. I prefer Kong tennis balls. I also love long walks, so id be a great match for someone who enjoys staying active. When playtime is over, I turn into a total cuddle bug. I love car rides and when I've been a good boy, I enjoy an occasional pup cup as a special treat. I am fully potty trained and will let you know when I need to go outside. I have lots of energy, so I do best with regular exercise to be happy and balanced. To relax, I love bully sticks and occasionally peanut butter in my Kong. I am a smart boy. I know how to sit, lay down, give both paws and I even wait patiently for the eat command before meals. Speaking of meals, I love blueberries in my breakfast. Important to know: I would be best as the only dog in the home, as I'm not comfortable living with other dogs.
