Born around January 25, 2024, her warm eyes and wagging tail, Lyvia is sure to capture your heart from the moment you meet her. Lyvia's journey to finding her forever home has been nothing short of extraordinary. Alongside her six siblings, she was pulled from her momma by Leon Valley Animal Control. Despite the hardships she's faced, Lyvia's resilient spirit remains unbroken, and her capacity for love knows no bounds. Lyvia is always watching what is going on.  She takes a few minutes to warm up to new people. Story
Meet Mr. Bill! This 3-year-old dapper guy is looking for his furever family. He’s a loyal, loving sidekick who enjoys snuggles and being close to his person. Smart and eager, he knows sit, stay, lie down, and shake. He loves the outdoors—lounging in the yard, exploring scents, and playing fetch (no ball is safe!). He’s housebroken, crate-trained, and proud of waiting in his crate until released. He’s also leash-trained and enjoys walks or bike rides.Bill gets along with most dogs and has done well with our older lab, but will need a meet-and-greet. He does best in a kid-free home and takes time to warm up to new people, needing patience and structure. Once you’re in, he’s incredibly loyal. He’d thrive with an experienced owner. Rehoming him is heartbreaking, but with a new baby, he needs a home without little ones. He’s up to date on vaccines, neutered, and currently takes Prozac daily.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi! I’m Brownie. I’m a sweet Labrador/Shepherd mix, born around May 5, 2024. I came into rescue with my sister, Daisy, and we’ve been by each other’s side ever since. I can be a little shy when I first meet you, but once I warm up, I’m a really friendly, gentle, and submissive guy. I love being around people and other dogs—I just feel happiest when I’ve got company. I’m leash trained and LOVE my walks, especially out on the trail here on the ranch. Getting outside and exploring is one of the best parts of my day. I also really enjoy playing ball with my sister Daisy—we have a lot of fun together. I’m a pretty easygoing boy who just wants a loving home where I can feel safe, be part of the family, and keep building my confidence. I’m fully vetted, up to date on preventatives, and I’ve had my ProHeart 12 injection for heartworm protection, so I’m all ready for my forever home. My adoption fee is $250. If you’d like to meet me, please apply at www.adoggie4you.org! I’m currently in Texas, but I can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, KY, and along the East Coast (except Rhode Island and Massachusetts). Story
Looking for a dog to add to your family? Meet Denver! ❤️🐾🐶 We've been fostering him for 2 weeks and he is the sweetest and most gentle boy. He is around 8 years old. While he doesn't have that crazy puppy energy anymore, he still loves to gallop in the grass, carrying his toys or sticks around and he zooms around like a champ. My favorite thing about him is how he carries around a toy in his mouth all over the house and his yard.🧸 The shelter found him in an abandoned car. He is very loving, calm, and gentle with people. He knows sit, paw, laydown, and a partial roll over. He is potty and crate trained. He has not yet been around other dogs or kids since we've had him. Please reach out to me if you or anyone you know is interested in meeting him! Text Christina at 513-739-1363 Video at https://www.facebook.com/share/r/18ZDBQnPFj/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Story
Meet Sophie! Sophie is a 6 year old, 60 pound, standard goldendoodle who loves being close to her people and lounging around. Her superpowers include working on house training and doing really well, she isn't there yet, but she has only had a few accidents since being in her foster home. Sophie is highly motivated by food which is super helpful in training. She was scared of steps for the first week but has now mastered them with the help of some treats! She walks well on a leash and doesn't pull and she doesn't jump. Some of her favorite things are her stuffies that she collects and takes into her crate like her babies and chewing on bones. She loves to lay anywhere she can get sun whether it is inside or outside and she spent the entire day at a baseball field and was the perfect girl, no barking! If you're looking for the sweetest girl who has mastered the side eye, Sophie might be the perfect match for your family. Sophie is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area. Her adoption fee is $450.00. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

Story
Meet Haven! Haven is a 5.5-year-old, 30 lb Mini Goldendoodle who was rescued from an Amish puppy mill and is just beginning to discover how wonderful life can be outside of making puppies. These days, she’s learning that soft beds, lazy afternoons, and endless love are what she truly deserves. This sweet girl is a total velcro dog and loves sticking close to her foster mom. She’s currently working on crate training and has been an absolute star with potty training (there is always an adjustment period in a new environment). Haven is still a bit skittish and is happiest when she’s close to her human or one of her dog buddies. Because of this, she would truly thrive in a forever home with another confident dog who can help show her the ropes and continue building her confidence. One thing Haven is still practicing? Keeping all four paws on the floor when she gets excited to see her people or wants extra love and attention. Haven gets along with every dog in her foster home, no matter their size or age. She’s also good with both men and women. She hasn’t been tested with cats or children yet. Haven is soaking up the good life one day at a time, and she’s ready to find a forever family who will continue helping her blossom into the happy, loved dog she was always meant to be. Haven is fostered in the Cincinnati area.
