Story
PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.Update 10/29/23 Still available!  8/14/23 Meet Chessie! This beautiful girl is hoping to find her family. While Chessie looks like a Mastiff, she is not mastiff sized! She’s about 60 pounds and about a year old. Her siblings look nothing like her. We don’t know their breed for sure, only having their looks to go by. Chessie is very sweet and loves people. She is good with other dogs, cats are unknown. She does tend to jump on people and for that reason may not be the best candidate for young kiddos. She wouldn’t hurt them on purpose but may knock them over. Chessie currently lives in an outdoor fenced area at her foster home simply for lack of space. Her foster mom spends lots of time with them, but wouldn’t it be nice for Chessie to find a nice warm couch to cuddle up on? Also, dogs thaf have lived most of their lives outside tend to be easier to house train because going outside is all they’ve known.  Please share this beauty. Adoptions are SLOW but there are still so many dogs in need of rescue. Spayed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and started on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Located in Arkansas, but transport is available. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them at one of the following times/locations. Harrisburg, PA 2am FridaysPort Jervis, NY 5am Fridays orSouthington, CT 8am Fridays East Hartford, CT 11am Fridays To apply, please fill out the adoption app: https://form.jotform.com/212690945239059 email apps.aasr@gmail.com with any questions. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter,  up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion. Story
HATTIE. I am as beautiful as a rose. I radiate beauty with elegance and grace, as beautiful on the inside as I am on the outside. I am 7 years young and looking for love. Trying to make up for what I missed the last 7 years. My friends say loving me is effortless. I didn't have an easy life prior to LaMancha, so it's a blessing I was rescued. I was a breeding machine, making tons of money for my so-called family. After my services weren't needed anymore, I was left to fend for myself. Luck was on my side when I was found and rescued. I love my friends here at LaMancha so much. They have been so loving and caring, but they know that my end goal is to finally live in a home where my family really cares for me. I dream for a loving family who really adores and cares for me this time, and of course a comfy bed and some good food too. I am a delightful, pleasant, fun, and sweet girl. I pinky promise you with my paw that we will have many years of endless love, laughter, and fun to be had. I have been around other dogs, but I really think my best home is where I can be your one and only best friend. My heart is exploding with love, and I need to share it with someone that needs to be loved too. I love to snuggle, give paw, play with my toys, run around, and explore all the smells outside, and just feel free, waiting for my new beginning. I am a fun all-around sweet girl, and I love to sit right by your side or on your lap! How about you come meet me? Please email Adoptions@LaManchaAnimalRescue.org. to meet me. *************************** Seven years old. Spayed, UTD vaccinations, chipped, wormed. Housetrained. Please visit our website at https://www.lamanchaanimalrescue.org to see all of our adoptable dogs. LaMancha Animal Rescue 855 Doe Run Road Coatesville, PA 19320 Kennel License 1697

Story
We are all celebrating because TATE IS HW- AND IS OFFICIALLY CLEARED TO GO ON TRANSPORT TO A FOREVER HOME 🏡 🥳 Tate is a big, handsome snuggle bug that is searching for his forever family🏡 Tate came into rescue already a 100% good boy and ready for his forever home. He is around 6 years old & a wonderful, settled pup. He is a mastiff mix that is respectful with his size and loves to give us a big beautiful smile in exchange for belly rubs🥰 Tate gets along with everyone he meets, human and animal alike, and we think he would do well in a home with or without furry siblings. He is currently in a home with two other male dogs and they get along wonderfully! He is very passive and friendly. More than anything, he wants a couch and a bed to snuggle up on and some people to spend his days with. He also LOVES car rides and will rest his head on the dash while being your shotgun rider💕 Tate is housetrained, walks well on a leash and is great with kids! He needs to be in a home without cats, but we know there is a perfect, cat-free home out there! If interested in adopting one of our available pets, please fill out an application at http://www.dixiegirldogrescue.org/adopt-form PLEASE MAKE NOTE- OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN ALABAMA (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED), OUR DOGS TRANSPORT TO THEIR NEW FAMILIES IN PENNSYLVANIA AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN ADOPTED. Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama, Pennsylvania and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Once an application is received, our team is happy to answer all of your questions and send additional pictures and videos. Thank you for thinking rescue!

Melody is good at: meeting dogs, behaving in the house, walking on a leash Ideal home: another dog, quiet environment, someone at home most of the day, a fenced yard Training Needs: socialization with people Health issues: Healthy puppy on preventatives and Wellactin Meet Melody Mel was brought to a city shelter and was extremely fearful. She is doing much better and with the right home she will continue her confidence building. She is about a year old and house trained, great on a leash, loves other dogs and NEEDS a fenced in yard. We would prefer an adult only home as she is still afraid of loud noises and lots of commotion. A confident dog would be a big plus.   PLEASE READ: Adopters will not be considered without completing an application. Please visit www.AmericanBulldogRescue.org to apply! Remember - Adoption is always the best option!
