Available for Foster-to-Adopt soon! Approximate Neuter/ Adoption date: 8/10/2026 Po is the lovable goofball of the Kung Fu Panda litter- equal parts charm, curiosity, and heart. Just like his namesake, Po, makes whatever he's doing look adorable! Po approaches life with enthusiasm and a big, open heart. He’s playful, social, and always ready to jump into whatever adventure is happening-whether that’s romping with his siblings, investigating a new toy, or enthusiastically greeting his people like it’s the best moment of his day . He’s the kind of pup who brings joy wherever he goes, often without even trying. While he’s full of fun, Po also has a softer side. After a good play session, he’s more than happy to settle in for some snuggles, leaning into his people for comfort and connection. He thrives on companionship and will do best in a home where he’s included as part of the family. Po is still learning about the world, so continued training and exposure to new experiences will help him grow into a confident, well-mannered adult. Story
Available for Foster-to-Adopt soon! Approximate Neuter/ Adoption date: 8/10/2026 Kai is the gentle giant of the Kung Fu Panda litter- the biggest of the bunch with a fluffy black coat and a personality that leans more “laid-back legend” than “high-speed ninja.” Inspired by Kai, he may share the name of a powerful warrior, but this guy’s true superpower is mastering the art of taking it easy. Kai is easygoing, preferring to observe the chaos rather than lead it. While his siblings are busy bouncing off the walls, you’ll often find him stretched out nearby, happily supervising or conserving energy for the moments that really matter- like mealtime or a good cuddle session. And when he does decide to join in, it’s all heart- at his own pace. Don’t let his relaxed vibe fool you though! Kai is affectionate, sweet, and people-oriented. He loves being close to his humans and he’s the kind of dog who will happily lounge by your side during a movie marathon or keep you company while you work from home. As he grows, Kai will benefit from encouragement to stay engaged and active, along with positive reinforcement training to help him build confidence and good habits. A little motivation goes a long way with him- especially if snacks are involved. Kai would thrive in a home that appreciates a moderately paced environment. If you’re looking for a big, fluffy best friend who believes life is best enjoyed one cozy nap at a time, Kai is absolutely your guy.

Story
Meet Lily- our sweet and loving mommy (for the last time) to our Kung Fu Panda litter...because her babies look like little pandas! This adorable, loving little girl (about 12lbs) was found with her babies on the streets and sent to a shelter. Unfortunately, that is not a safe place for them so they ask us to come and place them in foster homes so they avoid illness and can thrive with proper socialization and training. Lily is just the nicest dog, very quiet and friendly. She's got a personality that wins hearts instantly. She would be great in just about any home. While we believe she would be great with all animals, she has not been tested with cats. Lily is finishing up weaning her pups and will be ready to move to a foster-to-adopt around July 1, 2026. Then we will need to wait for her milk to dry up before we can get her spayed (mid-late July). Once she is spayed, the adoption can be completed. Get your app in for this one because she's going to fly out the door!

Story
Animal Profile: Ramen is an estimated 6 year old, 15 lb neutered male miniature poodle who was a hot mess when he was pulled from the Carson shelter. He was at risk due to overcrowding at the shelter but assessed to be friendly with people and dogs. We will share more about him as we get to know him in foster care.  Foster Update: Ramen may be small in stature, but he's packed full of personality, brains, and just the right amount of spice. This cool cup of noodles is an active, intelligent dog who thrives when he has a job to do and someone to learn alongside. Since entering foster care, Ramen has been an impressive student. He's crate trained, potty trained, and walks nicely on leash. More than anything, he loves to learn. His foster family and trainer have discovered that Ramen is incredibly smart and eager to work, picking up new skills and commands with remarkable speed. He was recently introduced to odor detection work, and his trainer described him as a natural. Give Ramen a challenge, and he'll happily rise to meet it. Ramen is fully e-collar trained through Nirvana K9 Training, giving him a strong foundation in structure, communication, and reliable off-leash responsiveness with the right handler. Ramen isn't looking for a life spent lounging on the couch. While he enjoys spending time with his people, he tends to show affection through play, training, and shared activities rather than being a traditional lap dog. He's happiest when his mind is engaged and his day includes opportunities to learn, explore, and work alongside his person. Like many thoughtful dogs, Ramen can take a little time to warm up to new people. He tends to be more trusting of women initially, but with patience and positive interactions, he can build strong relationships with those he comes to know. Because of his preferences and comfort level, he would do best in an adult-only home. Ramen is dog friendly and would likely enjoy a canine companion who matches his energy and play style. He would be especially well-suited to a similarly sized female dog around his age. Ramen has also shown some resource-guarding tendencies with high-value toys. His trainer is actively working with him on these behaviors, and he is making progress. Because of this, he is looking for an experienced owner who understands canine behavior, is comfortable continuing his training, and can provide clear, consistent guidance. The ideal home for Ramen is one that appreciates a dog who is both intelligent and engaging—a home that will continue exercising not just his body, but also his remarkable mind. In return, Ramen will offer endless entertainment, unwavering loyalty, and the special satisfaction that comes from partnering with a dog who genuinely loves to learn. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575, which includes neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. Ramen's adoption also includes take home training and support from Nirvana K9 Training. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue.   Apply online at  www.DogGoneSeattle.org Animal History: Ramen was surrendered to Carson city shelter and transported to Dog Gone Seattle via Wiggle Butts arriving to foster care on 5/19/24; he is available for adoption in the greater Seattle area. June 22, 2026, 11:10 pm
