Story
Animal Profile: Ramen is an estimated 6 year old, 15 lb neutered male miniature poodle who was a hot mess when he was pulled from the Carson shelter. He was at risk due to overcrowding at the shelter but assessed to be friendly with people and dogs. We will share more about him as we get to know him in foster care.  Foster Update: Ramen is a cool little cup of noodles! He has been a quick study in foster care and is crate trained, potty trained, and walks well on leash. He loves to work and train and is very smart. He was recently introduced to odor detection work and his trainer said he was a natural. He catches on to new commands quickly and would love someone to work with. Ramen would do best in an adult only household. He sometimes takes time to warm up to strangers and he is more trusting of female companions. He has shown a tendency to resource guard when it comes to removing high value toys from his possession, but his trainer is working on tackling that behavior. Ramen is dog friendly, and would be best matched with a similar sized female dog his age. Ramen has had a lot of interest from families wanting a lap dog; he prefers to show affection through play and is not a couch potato. Ramen needs an experienced owner who comfortable addressing his guarding behaviors, willing to continue exercising his body and his mind, and able to commit to regular grooming. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575, which includes neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. Ramen's adoption also includes take home training and support from Nirvana K9 Training. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue.   Apply online at  www.DogGoneSeattle.org Animal History: Ramen was surrendered to Carson city shelter and transported to Dog Gone Seattle via Wiggle Butts arriving to foster care on 5/19/24; he is available for adoption in the greater Seattle area. June 2, 2026, 2:01 am

My name is Tilly, and I came all the way from Korea in hopes of finding my forever home. I am a 4-year-old Poodle girl and weigh 12 lbs — sweet, gentle, and full of charm. I was rescued from an illegal breeding facility in South Korea, and now I’m ready for a new chapter filled with kindness and care. I’ve traveled a long way to get here, and all I need now is a family who will give me the love I’ve been waiting for. So far, I have not shown any issues with other dogs, children, or people — but every dog may respond differently when settling into a new home. My adoption fee of $1,695 is a donation that is non-refundable and helps save the lives of other dogs in need. It covers my spay, vaccinations, microchip, boarding fees, health certificate, and transport costs from Korea to Seattle. A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs — you can bring your own or purchase one from us. We do not guarantee the breed or age of our dogs. Ginger’s Pet Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, and all adoption fees are donations that help more dogs get their second chance. If you think you can open your heart to a very special girl like me, please fill out an adoption or foster application on my page at www.gingerspetrescue.orgMarch 7, 2026, 8:59 pm

Story
Meet Deputy 🤍 This one-eyed, 3-year-old Shipoo mix is equal parts chaos, comedy, and cuddle bug. Deputy is full of personality and always keeps life interesting. He LOVES to play, wrestle, and collect “treasures” from around the house… shoes, laundry, random items — if it’s missing, check his bed first 😂 He’s super food motivated, doing awesome with house training, and when you pick him up he wraps his paws around your shoulders so he can survey the world like the tiny king he is! -----

A Quick but Important Note to All Adopters:
Please remember that none of our dogs arrive fully trained. Most come from tough or uncertain beginnings and may have never lived in a home or known basic routines. That means:

✧ They are not potty trained on arrival. Most dogs regress in potty training when moving to a new environment.

✧ They may lack basic manners (like leash walking or appropriate chewing).

✧ They’re learning, growing, and doing their best—but they will need patience, structure, and compassion to succeed.

The majority of these pups have lived in the confinement of a cage or kennel run for most - if not all - of their lives. Because of this, we strongly discourage the use of crates for anything other than vehicle transport. They deserve the chance to decompress and learn what true freedom and comfort feel like.

Our amazing foster homes work hard to start these dogs on the right path, but they are rescues, not finished products. These dogs need time, consistency, and a loving home willing to meet them where they are.

Also, breed designations are our best guesses based on appearance and behavior. We can't guarantee breed, size, adult weight, or coat type.

Story
Her name is Turbo Charge, and she lives up to it, just…maybe not in the way you'd expect. Yes, she has occasional zoomies. Yes, she will sniff every single leaf on the entire walk, non-negotiable. Yes, she approaches every day like it’s the best day of her life. But once that’s out of her system, she’s the first one on the couch, remote in hand, ready to watch the latest episode of Love is Blind (or Friends reruns. She’s not picky). Turbo is a loyal, loving shadow who wants to be wherever you are, whether that's hiking a trail, running errands, hitting the beach, or absolutely rotting on the couch. Car rides? Dream passenger. Sleeping in? She’ll not only allow it, she’ll encourage it. And, although she’s only just started potty training, she's a quick learner who’s getting better and better at it every day. Turbo Charge is looking for someone who wants a loyal, cheerful companion who’s up to ride out the twists and turns of life with her. After all, life is a highway… you might as well have a Turbo Charge on your side! -----
