She was adopted, but in September 2024, she was sadly returned to the center after her adopter suddenly passed away. Aki is now looking for a new family to help her overcome this loss and enjoy a happy new chapter in life. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Adores people so much. Shows interest and positive reactions towards dogs she meets for the first time. * Separation Anxiety: Spends time well and sleeps when alone. Also waits without any issue when she is left with a doggy friend or human being. * Potty Training: Is so smart that she uses pads very well. Prefers to go outdoor for poop. * Hygiene: Calmly accepts bathing, drying, and brushing. * Walks: Walks very well without pulling on the leash. Has occasionally interest in other animals and wants to approach them. 4️⃣ Special Notes * Barks at first when a stranger enters the room, but subsides soon. * Is well trained to come when called.

Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to SEA💟 Meet Sunnam💗 Sunnam was living in the Gimje City Shelter, and acted cute approaching the people he met for the first time. A volunteer who was watching him closely used the rescue right for him . * With People: Likes people so much that he approaches strangers first, but there is no significant reaction. Is so affectionate that he approaches familiar people first, wagging his tail and showing his belly. * With Dogs: Is quite interested in new friends, but doesn’t show much interest. * With Cats: There is little interest when the cat is far off, but sudden appearances startle him. * Separation Anxiety: Stays alone and even with strangers very well. * Potty Training: 100% outdoor pottying. Doesn’t mark indoors but tends to mark outside. * Hygiene: Doesn't like bathing but tends to calmly tolerate it. Is not a big fan of drying or brushing but accepts it comfortably. * Walks: Pulls on the leash but he is improving by training. * Car Sickness: Not confirmed as he hasn’t experienced riding yet. * Doesn't nibble at all. * Never barks ㅡ nobody has ever heard him bark. * Sometimes flinches when a hand is raised near him. While we can’t know for sure, it seems he may have had a negative experience related to people raising their hands. Gets scared of people dragging umbrellas and is often startled by loud noises like big buses or cars during walks. ❗Health Condition❗ * Neutered. * Microchipped, heartworm to be retested in December 2025, Anaplasmosis and Lyme disease to be retested in July 2025 and scaling done.

A reference check, phone interview, and home visit will be completed before meeting an adoptable dog. We work quickly. Please do not submit an application until you are ready to bring a new furry family member home. Expect your references to be contacted shortly after submitting your application. We adopt out to homes in WA state, but require that you are present for the meet and greet in Newcastle, WA. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable. The adoption fee is due on the day of adoption in the form of a check, Zelle, or cash. We no longer accept PayPal because of the percentage they take & their fees but if the potential adopter wants to pay the fees we will accept PayPal. The call was put out for the need from several commercial breeders who needed some of their dogs gone, at a cost of course in the middle of the midwest. Of course they always want money for the dogs & of course once we know about them we are not leaving them & do what we have to do to help them. These innocent souls lives was instantly changing in that moment & only for the better. They were one of the very lucky ones. On this day we rescued a total of 17 lives of mums, dads & puppies including Oreo & his siblings & his sister Goldie who he is fostered with. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show Oreo how he is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home just as they are in their foster home. Oreo & his friends & sisters were bought back to the WA state where he is now so happy to be here & can’t wait to find his new loving devoted forever home. Look at this beautiful bundle of fluff, joy & happiness. This little chap is now loving life in his foster home. He now knows what toys are & loves playing with his toys & his freedom. He plays non stop with his beautiful little sister & they love each other dearly. He also gets to be loved by 2 little girls who adore Oreo & his sister. He is extremely sweet but is very loving & a very cuddly little chap. He really enjoys snuggling with you & we know he adores being picked up & held & carried around to see what is going on. He adores being kissed & hugged by his foster family & being a free spirit doing his own thing. The reality is, the foster homes are his real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding he can snuggle up in, a roof over his head that’s not outside. Oreo is a wonderful eater. He adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something he did not get to experience ever until he was rescued. He currently sleeps with his sister as they are fostered together. He is such a very innocent puppy who just wants to be loved & to make up for his past. He loves everyone & is so very sweet. He is accepting with being bathed & groomed & tolerates the hairdryer. He would still need to be taught to walk on a harness & leash. He is a puppy & we have not taken him out anywhere. He still needs to learn his puppy manners. Oreo rides in the car well & considering the only times we know of was when he went to be sold & when we got him & going home & to & from the vets with us & his loving foster home. But he does absolutely amazing in the. We are looking for a crate free home for this little lad only. Oreo as you can imagine spent the first part of his life in a caged environment. We are also looking for a forever home for Oreo where someone is home during the day or he can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them. When they find someone who treats them as they should be treated & loves them they get so attached to them. Oreo is looking for a forever home who will cherish him & love him as he should be loved & be patient with him & never give up on him. Oreo has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes in the rescue & he is currently with his sibling in his foster home. He will be found snuggled up with his foster siblings. He absolutely must go to a forever home with a dog or dog’s present in the home for him to thrive in. Please do not apply saying your neighbors have a dog or family members or you will take him to places where there are other dogs. That will not work, another dog or dogs is mandatory along with a fully fenced backyard. Oreo is roughly 10.6 lbs & he is roughly 9 months old & ‭a miniture poodle‬. He has put on weight since being in the rescue. What he is mixed with we are not sure. We treated him for coccidia & giradia as we do with all puppies. Male, he is neutered by laser, he is microchipped, up to date on his shots, including DHPP, bordatella, rabies & dewormed. He had a fully dental scale & polish & dental x-rays. He had a baby tooth retained along with a premolar that was removed. We have spent far more on Oreo with paying for him from a commercial breeder. Bringing him to WA with his travel costs, his transportation to WA. All of his medical care in WA & Omaha etc & bringing him to WA then his adoption fee comes close to covering. Oreo has not been around cats since being in the rescue, but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have had him around small children & he adores them but we do do not recommend small children nor cats though & it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & cats. We were not there when Oreo was conceived so we do not know who his parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is. As with all of our rescues & Oreo’s friends & siblings he will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Oreo potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Oreo & going through our process and have read his listing fully to the end & are wanting to adopt. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on. Or you waste this rescues time, will remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview & a virtual home visit via WebEx or Zoom due to covid & followed by a meet & greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Oreo who understands his needs & that meet all the requirements for the special sweet little Oreo. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives & please do not submit an application if you are not ready to adopt. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately. Oreo has an adoption fee of $850 & is ready for his truly loving forever home & compassion & understanding of what he has been through.

Lily & her friends & siblings were bought back to the WA state where she is now so happy to be here & can’t wait to find her new loving devoted forever home. It’s so funny to watch this sweetheart & her sister run for the first time as she & her sister Lilac looks as though a big ball of fluff is running. Her foster mum said you don’t even know she is in the home as she is just so sweet & innocent. Lily is the best of both worlds, she will play but then be happy to snuggle up with you on the couch. She can be a little stalker & loves both her foster mum & dad. She has mastered wooden stairs & can go up & down them no worries. She can also squeeze through a baby gate as she is that little so that needs to be considered. She is curious with being in the backyard but is never ever left alone outside. She will put leaves & dirt in her mouth while outside just for curiosity. This little lady is now loving life in her foster home. She now knows what toys are & loves playing with her toys. She has been learning to go potty on material potty pads. She is not too fond of being outside for too long. At first she did not have a clue about anything at all but has picked up things very quickly in her devoted foster home. She absolutely loves her foster siblings & sister. She is extremely sweet but is very loving & a very cuddly little lady. She really enjoys snuggling with you & we know she adores being picked up & held & carried around to see what is going on. At first she had no idea what it was to be held & loved but now she gets ready to be picked up. The reality is, the foster homes are her real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding she can snuggle up in, a roof over her head that’s not outside. Lily is a wonderful eater & we know that she is obsessed with food with the amount of weight she has put on in her loving foster home with the good nutrition she is getting. She eats a clean diet meaning, raw fruits, vegetables, grains & proteins & is on supplements. She gets bully sticks & collagen sticks & loves them. Well she is absolutely obsessed with them. She adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something she did not get to experience ever until he was rescued. She currently sleeps with her sibling as they are fostered together & you will find them snuggled up together their foster mum said. Her sibling is Lilac. She absolutely loves to sleep in the bed with you too & be apart of what you are doing. She is such a very innocent puppy who just wants to be loved & to make up for her past. She loves everyone & is so very sweet. She loves being bathed & groomed & tolerates the hairdryer. She absolutely loves you brushing her & will close her eyes & go to sleep while brushing her. You have to get her up to keep going after you have finished brushing her. She would still need to be taught to walk on a harness & leash. She is a puppy & we have not taken her out anywhere. Another soul destroying story about a sweet innocent soul & to think of what she has been through & yet she still loves human beings even after everything they have done to her. We cannot even begin to imagine what Sofia witnessed & heard when she was at the slaughterhouse, how Sofia ended up in a slaughterhouse for human consumption & yes you did read that correctly, we will never know? She actually was there pregnant about to give birth to her babies & they were still going to slaughter her & her unborn babies. What we do know is, she was pulled out of there by our outstanding Chinese rescuer just in time. It’s absolutely soul destroying to think about the horrific situation she ended up in. Working with one of our truly devoted, dedicated & absolutely outstanding Chinese rescuers she rescued Sofia & many others for us. Without this beloved rescuer going in & getting Sofia out, her fate was a torturous death. As it was when Sofia arrived we discovered she had a bite missing from her ear that had healed. She transferred Sofia along with many other sweet souls she got well & they waited to come to the US. This is a very extremely expensive situation but we believe every sweet soul such as Sofia & her & friends deserves to be loved & cherished & given the chance to have a wonderful life. Now Sofia is looking for a special family to cherish her & be patient with her & remember what this beautiful soul has been through & a family that meets all her needs. Sofia was bought back to the USA where she is now a US citizen & is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find her new loving devoted forever home. Sofia is the most beautiful soul you will ever meet. She just wants to be loved & is so easy going considering her part life but had to learn what it was like to be in a loving foster home & the normal freedom. At first when she arrived she didn’t know what to do & was very uncertain & shy. Those days are over for Sofia & now she knows she can go wherever she wants. You can find this girl just sitting there taking it all in as she is so grateful. She will just sit there or lay there & watch what you are doing without a care in the world now. We cannot stress enough how lovely Sofia is & deserves the most loving home. This girl is so stunning inside & out & she has come along way since she arrived from China. The reality is she had to learn everything new here. She is so forgiving. She just wants you to love her & she will love you back. She adores being hugged & held because the reality is we are the first real people in her life to show her such true love & affection. She is used to being groomed, baths all of it & is used to it. She adores her foster mum & dad now as they have shown her normalcy & love. When it’s time to eat Sofia gets so excited & will let you know she wants to eat & will stand on her back legs dancing around. In her foster home she eats a clean diet meaning, raw fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains & different supplements. She is absolutely obsessed with her food now & put on a good amount of weight. She also loves bully sticks & collagen sticks. Sofia is still learning to walk on harness & leash considering we believe we are the first people to teach her how to go on walks but would still need to be taught. Sofia is a rescue & will need patience, time & understanding. Sofia adores being pampered & doesn’t want you to stop when brushing her, cleaning her eyes, grooming her, she loves it all. She also does extremely well being touched in general & adores receiving love. Having toys & a warm bed is all new to Sofia & we have been excited to change her world with the introduction of toys & lots of love & affection & a loving environment. She is quite a free spirit because she does enjoy going off & doing her own thing or then sometimes she can be found laying at her foster mums feet in the kitchen while she is in there. She will also lay with one of her foster siblings that is a big dog & really enjoys his company. Sofia has learnt to ride in the car & does well in the car & enjoys a good car ride. She is such an easy & sweet going, loving little lady. With Sofia we are only looking for a crate free home for this lovely little lady only. Please do not apply with the intent to crate this girl. We are also looking for a forever home for Sofia where someone is home during the day or she can go with her people wherever possibly he can go with them. Did we mention this girl loves a good outfit too. Sofia is looking for a forever home who will cherish her & love her as she should be loved & be very patient with her & understanding. Sofia has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes & she is currently with other dogs & enjoys their company. She can be found at times snuggled up to her foster siblings. A fully fenced backyard is mandatory for Sofia new forever home along with another dog friend. Please do not apply saying your neighbors have a dog or family members or you will take her to places where there are other dogs. Sofia is now roughly 9 lbs & is 4 years old & a female miniture poodle & what she is mixed with we are not sure? She is spayed & microchipped, she had her shots including DHLPP, rabies & dewormed. We do not over vaccinate dogs & once they expire we only redo the rabies. Sofia has a patch missing on each side of her bottom from living in a cage but is growing back in beautifully & a small patch on her shoulder from grooming. We have spent far more on Sofia with bringing her to the US with her travel airfare costs, $1000 alone, bringing her into Seattle, without anything else than her adoption fee comes close to covering. Sofia has not been around cats since being in the rescue but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals. We have not had Sofia with small children so we do not recommend children, but it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & animals. We were not there when Sofia was conceived so we do not know who her parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think her breed is. This is a very extremely expensive situation but we believe every sweet soul such as Luma & his friends deserves to be loved & cherished & given the chance to have a wonderful life. Now Luma is looking for a special family to cherish him & be patient with him & remember what this beautiful soul has been through & a family that meets all his needs. Luma was bought back to the USA where he is now a US citizen & is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find his new loving devoted forever home. Luma is the most softest gentle soul you will ever meet. This boy is nothing but love. He is such a sweet & very smart boy his foster family said & has taught himself to go up & down hardwood stairs. His foster family had not even heard him bark & will ever share his food & bowl with his brother. We cannot stress enough how lovely Luma is & deserves the most loving home & will give him all the love in the world. This boy is so stunning inside & out & he has come along way since he arrived from China. The reality is he had to learn everything new here. He is so forgiving. He just wants you to love him & he will love you back. He adores being hugged & held because the reality is we are the first real people in his life to show him such true love & affection. He also enjoys being picked up & carried. He looks at his foster mum & she knows he wants to be picked up & then he kisses her. He adores his foster mum & dad now as they have shown him normalcy & love. In his foster home he eats a clean diet meaning, raw fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains & different supplements. He loves his bully sticks & collagen sticks & his treats are homemade for him. Luma is a good little walker on his harness & leash. Luma is a rescue & will need patience, time & understanding. Luma adores being pampered & doesn’t want you to stop when brushing him, cleaning his eyes, grooming him, he loves it all. He also does extremely well being touched in general & adores receiving love. Having toys & a warm bed is all new to Luma & we have been excited to change his world with the introduction of toys & lots of love & affection & a loving environment. He is quite a free spirit because he does enjoy going off & doing his own thing or then sometimes he can be found laying with his foster siblings. He loves his foster dad & will even stalk him to pick him up. He adores both of his foster parents & will put his paws on them for love. Danny has learnt to ride in the car & does well in the car & enjoys a good car ride. He is such an easy & sweet going, loving little lad. With Luma we are only looking for a crate free home for this lovely little lad only. Please do not apply with the intent to crate this boy. We are also looking for a forever home for Luma where someone is home during the day or he can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them. Did we mention this boy loves a good outfit too. Luma is looking for a forever home who will cherish him & love him as he should be loved & be very patient with him & understanding. Luma has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes & he is currently with other dogs & enjoys their company. He can be found at times snuggled up to his foster siblings. He absolutely loves to play with his friends so he needs a playful dog in the home. He is fostered with who we believe is his brother Danny. A fully fenced backyard is mandatory for Luma’s new forever home if you have a free standing home. He will randomly go outside & sun himself but does not like to stay out there for too long. Luma is now roughly 9 lbs & is 1.5 years old & a male miniture poodle & what he is mixed with we are not sure? He is neutered & microchipped, up to date on his shots including DHLPP, Bordatella, rabies & dewormed. Once these shots expire we only will redo rabies as we do not over vaccinate dogs. We have spent far more on Luma with bringing him to the US with his travel airfare costs, $1000 alone, bringing him into Seattle, without anything else than his adoption fee comes close to covering. Luma has not been around cats since being in the rescue but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals. We have not had Luma with small children so we do not recommend children, but it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & animals. We were not there when Luma was conceived so we do not know who his parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is. As with all of our rescues & Luma’s friends he will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Luma potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Luma & going through our process and have read his listing fully to the end & are wanting to adopt. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on & remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview & a virtual home visit using Zoom to covid & followed by a meet and greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Luma who understands his needs & that meet all the requirements for this lovely little lad. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives & please do not submit an application if you are not ready to adopt. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately. Luma has an adoption fee of $850 & is ready for his truly loving forever home & compassion & understanding of what he has been through.
