Meet Dane! Dane is the perfect family dog ready to bring joy and love into your home. Dane is a 10 month old 25lb Golden Retriever/Pointer mix looking for his forever family! He's playful, gentle, quick to learn, and great with other pets and kids. He is totally house broken, loves playing with other dogs and is the world's best cuddler. Dane can be a bit shy around strangers but once he warms up, they'll fall in love with him completely. Dane takes treats like the gentleman he is, and sits like a champ. We're working on his leash skills, but he is a smart puppy and wants to please you so we're sure he'll learn quickly. If you're looking for a medium energy dog who wants to sit with you on your couch as much as he wants to play with his stuffed animals, apply to adopt Dane! Dane is currently being fostered in Manhattan. His adoption fee is $500. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
