Hi! My name is Kona and I am looking for a forever home. I was picked up by a really nice lady when I was a wee puppy about 6 weeks old and after she couldn't find my home, approached a small local rescue about taking me in and offered to foster me for them. I am now about 4 months old and a volunteer with that rescue contacted BCAA to see if they could help me and they said yes. I appear to be a pointer mix and I am around 22lbs now. My foster mom says she would have kept me herself but she has other dogs and lots of cats that she helps to rescue and says I deserve to find my own home. I have done real well living her home and am about to get the housebreaking thing down as long as I get to go out regularly.
