Story
💙 Name: Songcheon 💙 Gender: Male 💙 Age: Estimated 1 year old (Born in July 2025) 💙 Weight: 4.5 kg / 9.92 lb 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 1️⃣ Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped and currently undergoing heartworm treatment. 2️⃣ Rescue Story * Songcheon was found severely neglected inside a vinyl greenhouse in Songcheon-dong, Jeonju. Surviving in suffocating temperatures that reached up to 48°C (118°F), with only food waste and stagnant, mossy water to consume, Songcheon still mustered the strength to wag his tail happily when rescuers approached him. Adogs immediately rescued him so this lonely, resilient boy could finally receive the love and care he has always deserved. 3️⃣ Basic Information * Interaction with People: Barks briefly at first, but is curious and soon comes over to sniff and explore. Once comfortable, he will roll over to show their belly for pets and relax with his back turned toward familiar people. * Interaction with Dogs: Prefers spending time alone rather than playing with other dog friends. * Interaction with Cats: Has not met a cat yet. * Separation Anxiety: Shows no signs of separation anxiety, even when doors are closed while someone is home. Re-training may be needed if the environment changes. * Potty Training: Uses indoor potty pads well. Occasionally misses near the anti-slip mat, but this should improve quickly. * Grooming & Hygiene: Behaved well at the professional groomer, but feels uncomfortable when his face is touched. Scared of the showerhead during baths, but handles it relatively well. Not yet used to brushing and may display air-snapping/mouth punching. Uncomfortable with nail trims, so treats are used during the process. * Walks: Plan to start walking gradually after adjusting to the foster home. * Carsickness: Shows no signs of motion sickness in the car. * Mouthiness / Nipping: May air-snap as a warning if an unfamiliar person tries to pick him/up suddenly. * Barking: Barks at loud noises like moving sounds or the thud of a delivery box being placed. Stops barking as soon as a person comes into view. * Personality & Traits: Expressive and very smart. Expresses discomfort by gently touching with teeth without biting hard, and picks up tricks quickly. Loves people, but also knows how to enjoy alone time. Tends to flinch or look uncomfortable when doors are closed.

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to SEA💟 The prices listed are based on USD, and the adoption fee will be calculated in CAD according to the exchange rate. Meet Ruki🌟 💙 Name : Rukie 💙 Gender : Male 💙 Age : Estimated 1 year old (Born in May 2025) 💙 Weight : 6.4 kg / 14.1 lb 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 1. Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped and heartworm negative. * Due to consistent treatment, Ruki has completely recovered from his skin disease and the darkened skin has become pink again. 2. Rescue Story * Rukie, a puppy of #AdogsMiso was rescued from a hoarder’s home in Gimje, and was transferred to the Gimje City Shelter. He already had a skin disease and wasn’t able to get proper treatment at the shelter, so Adogs rescued him before it worsened. 3. Basic Information * With People: Is shy around new people, but does not dislike them or bark at them. Is not yet fully comfortable with being touched, so she may need to be gently guided into a corner before petting. Once being petted, however, she stays calm and accepts it well. Is timid and easily frightened, so she needs time to become comfortable with new people, but lives comfortably with people she is familiar with. Is gradually opening up and now responds when called, comes closer, and sometimes briefly sniffs the person. Through consistent desensitization training with physical contact, she has also become less fearful and resistant when being picked up. * With Dogs: Got along well with no issues with the other dogs at our center. * With Cats: Unknown because he hasn’t met them yet. * Separation anxiety: Stays calm when left alone and sometimes sleeps comfortably by herself. * House training: Prefers to use the potty pads indoors. Has occasional accidents when urinating. When a waterproof potty tray was placed for her, she also started having accidents on the floor, so her living space has been temporarily reduced and her potty training is being restarted. Since reducing her space, she has been using the pee pad well. Is currently taking medication for coprophagia (stool eating), but occasional episodes still occur, so some monitoring is necessary. * Grooming and Hygiene: Calmly tolerates both bathing and brushing. Because she is very timid and cautious, it is best to handle her grooming at home whenever possible. Has recently become more comfortable with being touched by her foster caregivers, and they are currently practicing nail trimming at her foster home. * Walks: Because she is easily frightened, she is gradually being introduced to walking equipment. With consistent training, she has become accustomed to wearing a collar, but is still afraid of the leash and requires continued training. * Car sickness: Becomes tense when traveling by car and may have a bowel accident inside her kennel. * Mouthing/biting: Because she is very timid, she may react defensively with her mouth in certain situations such as having his bottom wiped, so caution is needed. As she becomes more familiar with the person, however, she tends to allow touch even in situations where she previously reacted defensively. If her hind paws are repeatedly handled, she may make a small biting motion and try to put the person's hand in her mouth. However, if the person pretends that it hurts, she shows that she dislikes it but will turn her face away and tolerate it. * Biting: Might whimper if you try to hug him against his will. Also tends to "cry" or whine to let you know when he has had a potty accident and need it cleaned up. Has only barked once after moving to his foster home when he became startled from the sound of the alarm clock. * Likes: Likes treats well and enjoys having her face gently touched and playing with her caregiver. * Dislikes: Is afraid of loud noises and sudden movements of a hand coming down from above. Can become nervous in crowded places or at the veterinary clinic and may have accidents. Supporting her from underneath and holding her gently against your side can help her feel more secure. Dislikes having her paws touched and especially strongly resists having her front paws handled. If the leash is pulled, she may try to run away. Is also frightened by enclosed spaces and may urinate or defecate out of fear. * Personality: Is extremely gentle and sweet natured. Tends to be fearful and timid, but has adapted well to a home environment at his foster home. Is accepting of touch once he becomes familiar with the environment.

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to SEA💟 The prices listed are based on USD, and the adoption fee will be calculated in CAD according to the exchange rate. Meet Racoon! 💙 Name: Raccoon 💙 Gender: Male 💙 Age: Estimated 3 years old (Born in December 2022) 💙 Weight: 2.5 kg / 5.51 lb 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 1️⃣ Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped and heartworm negative. 2️⃣ Rescue Story * Raccoon and his companion, Coke, were found abandoned inside a bag left directly in front of the Adogs storage facility. After contacting the previous owner's family, Adogs learned the heartbreaking news that their owner had passed away. Left completely with nowhere to go, Adogs immediately stepped in to rescue both Raccoon and Coke. 3️⃣ Basic Information * With People: Shows no initial wariness toward strangers and welcomes people comfortably. Once he gets to know you, he becomes remarkably affectionate, thoroughly enjoying gentle pets and showing a bright, bubbly charm. * With Dogs: Coexists peacefully with doggy housemate. He prefers to rest alone rather than get along playfully. During walks, he tends to bark when seeing other dogs on leash but is fine when meeting them indoors. * With Cats: Shows little to no interest when encountering cats during outdoor walks. * Separation Anxiety: Had separation anxiety before, but has become much better through consistent training. * Potty Training: Is highly reliable with indoor pee pad training without marking behaviors. Although he had two minor accidents when his living space was suddenly expanded, he has maintained great habits since. Strongly prefers outdoor pooping outdoors during walks, where he also engages in frequent marking. * Hygiene: While fearful of baths and blow-drying, he endures them patiently (though he shows sensitivity around his belly and legs during drying). Accepts nail grinding very well. Feels uncomfortable with coat brushing and toothbrushing, so he’s undergoing training. The vet recommended getting dental scaling next year. * Walks: Ignores outdoor cats but barks upon seeing other dogs. Relies on outdoor walks for pooping and marks frequently along the route. Can get overexcited when the walk first starts. * Car Sickness: Travels well on short trips without exhibiting any signs of motion sickness. * Biting: Shows no biting or aggressive behavior. However, he feels uncomfortable with sudden lifts or overbearing physical contact. * Barking: Barks due to separation anxiety when left alone by his guardian, and barks at other dogs during walks. If subjected to sudden handling or excessive physical touch, he may let out a loud yelp to communicate discomfort. * Likes: Thoroughly enjoys delicious treats and active games of fetch with balls! He especially likes fresh pet food, chicken breast, pet milk, and soft foods like cheese. * Dislikes: Dislikes sudden hugs and overbearing touch. Feels anxious when left entirely alone. Is still adjusting at a slow, comfortable pace to grooming routines (except nail grinding). * Personality: Is a scaredy-cat, but becomes loving and lively companion once he opens his heart. Because he is so smart and learns exceptionally fast, he is already showing wonderful improvements with consistent guidance.
