Story
Meet Bunny, a delightful 5-month-old mix who looks like a blend of Rat Terrier and Italian Greyhound. True to her name, she is bouncy and sweet, but her real goal in life is to be as close to you as physically possible. She would happily live inside your purse if she could fit! Whether you are running errands or relaxing at home, Bunny will be right there with you, acting as your devoted little shadow. Despite her young age, Bunny is already ahead of the curve; she is fully housetrained and rides beautifully in the car. She is also wonderfully socialized, having previously lived with cats, dogs, and children. However, she does have a lot to say! Because she is quite vocal, she is best suited for a detached home rather than an apartment where neighbors might hear her songs. If you are looking for a loyal co-pilot who gets along with everyone, Bunny is ready to go to her forever home as soon as 12/3, the day after her spay. We are accepting applications for this girl now, so apply for her today at www.petsnpals.org! Her adoption fee is $350 and includes her spay, vaccines, and microchip. Please visit our website www.petsnpals.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Story
Little Tasha is a mixed-breed. We're taking a wild guess on her breed mix, but she looks like she could be a mixture of Rat Terrier and Border Collie. If we are right, she will be a brilliant dog! Her estimated DOB is 7/30/25 and her intake weight was 14 lbs. She has grown to 28 lbs at 4.5 months old so she's putting on good weight. The person who found her said she was good with her dog, cat, and kids as well. We have bathed this pretty girl, and she will be started on her first set of puppy vaccinations and be microchipped. She is spayed and ready to go home! $350.00 for this adorable and fun-loving pup. Story
Meet the handsome Frankie. He is a 5-month-old (DOB 04/08/25), 10-pound, Rat Terrier/Chihuahua/Spaniel mixed pup with warm brown eyes (his mother Rosie is a Spaniel/Chi mix). He is shy but once he’s used to you, he is loving and attentive. Frankie is friendly with other GENTLE dogs and would do well in a home with an existing dog. He is afraid of bigger and rowdy dogs. His pregnant mom Rosie was rescued by a local groomer. He was born in her home and she found homes for the rest of his litter but Rosie and Frankie came to AFC. FOSTERING SAVES LIVES! He uses a doggie door to go outside to potty but may need some additional house training. He will need leash training when he is fully vaccinated. He is scheduled to be neutered but we are looking for his home now. He is micro-chipped, currently vaccinated and ready for his new home. Frankie will be a wonderful companion. Do you have room in your heart and your house for this love? Here is a list of things that should help us answer you in a more timely manner. 1. When you apply please always use the same email address. If we need to look something up later and you used a different email we are often not able to find it. 2. Adopt a Pet and Petfinders ask you to send us an enquiry. This always delays our response. (Why) a. Our biographies are always very detailed. Therefore sending an enquiry asking us to repeat what it says in the biography causes a lot more work and delays our response. b. We are a small non-profit and do not always have the help to answer as many enquiries as we get. c. Again our Biographies are very detailed and if you just click the link near the bottom of their bio you can fill out an application which we will respond to. 3. For the AFC website (scroll down to the bio at the bottom it says (apply to adopt today- click that link) www.animalfriendsconnect.org 4. For Petfinders ( scroll down to the biography then click the adoption link) http://animalfriendsconnect.org/adoption-application-dogs/ 5. For Adopt a Pet (scroll way down past “Ask about me”) you will see the biography and underneath that will be the adoption questionnaire link.
