Raleigh, having overcome being underweight, a broken leg, and heartworms, is a resilient soul ready for a caring adopter. While his healed leg doesn't currently bother him, future considerations may be needed, so potential adopters should be prepared for any financial responsibilities. That could include either amputation or arthritis medicine.
