Story
ARRIVING IN WI on Saturday October 7th- Bandit is an adorable 8 month old mixed breed male who weighs about 17 pounds. We do not expect him to get much bigger. Bandit's foster says he is such an amazing puppy! He lives for toys, doesn't matter what kind, he's loves stealing them and stashing them somewhere, Bandit is great with kids and other dogs. Bandit does well in a crate, and is potty trained at his foster home, however his new family should be prepared to do a little reinforcement potty training, as his new home situation will be quite different than how he lives in Texas. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and he comes with his medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies him to be in good condition. Bandit's adoption fee will contribute to our program of readying additional dogs, puppies and kittens which we prepare, transport and adopt out in the Midwest. Our goal is to get as many homeless animals out of south Texas, where we have a severe pet overpopulation crisis. He will be arriving in Muskego, WI on Saturday October 7th, and will be available for to meet, and take home if he is a good fit, between noon and 4 pm by the first family to have placed an exclusive hold deposit as set out below. His adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. He is available for an exclusive hold with a deposit of $250, which we give on a first come, first served, basis. The balance of the adoption fee is due upon pick up. Should you find that he is not a good fit for your family upon meeting, the deposit is refundable. If you’re not already familiar with our group, please feel free to visit our Group Page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/TxRescueRidersCommunity If you are serious about this pup, please contact us at DogTrailRides@gmail.com. We take payments through Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp, or we can take card numbers over the phone and process them through Square. All of these methods provide a receipt. Thank you for supporting our efforts to bring Texas dogs north to loving homes! You can read more about us at https://facebook.com/TxRescueRiders (Texas Rescue Riders). Story
This dazzling darling is Dahlia, a Rat Terrier pup just 6 months old as of Labor Day, and she would be delighted to meet you! Dahlia may be small at 12 lbs., but she’s not dainty – she has a sturdy build and is likely to be well muscled at her adult weight of 15-18 lbs. Dahlia is equal parts sweet and sassy; thankfully, she reserves most of the sass for playtime. After a good romp with her canine friends, Dahlia likes to snuggle up and bask in her cuteness. She likes her crate and is doing great with house-training. Dahlia is an active puppy best suited for an experienced dog parent, and her ideal life will include lots of training, stimulation, and daring adventures. She is demure with new people and places, does not appreciate loud voices or sudden movements, and will take time to feel safe in any new environment. Dahlia’s tiny tummy turns upside down on long car rides, so she needs parents who are sensitive to that. Because of this, applicants for Dahlia should not have small humans and homes with a resident playful dog or two will be prioritized. Dahlia is simply delightful and will dazzle her family with love and joy for many years to come. Dive into Dahlia's photo album at https://imageevent.com/newrattitude/dahlia .Our adoption fee is $200 for adult dogs or $250 for puppies under 6 months old. If you are interested in adopting this dog, PLEASE READ THE DETAILED ADOPTION PROCESS information on our website at www. NewRattitude.org/adopt/  From there, you can access our adoption application or contact our Adoption Team for more info. September 23, 2023, 1:08 pm

Story
This debonaire dude is Dennis, a Rat Terrier pup just 6 months old as of Labor Day, and he is indubitably delightful! Dennis has the hearty build typical of his breed and his current 18-lb. frame will likely be a muscular 23-25 lbs. when fully grown. Dennis loves dog toys, dog wrestling – everything about dogs. Humans, on the other paw, take some getting used to for Dennis. He has a strong preference for women, he does not appreciate loud voices or sudden movements, and he will take time to feel safe in any new environment. For these reasons, applicants for Dennis should not have small humans and homes with a resident playful dog or two will be prioritized. Dennis is likely to lose his lunch on long car rides, so he needs parents who are sensitive to that. Once Dennis feels comfortable with his people, he is attentive, affectionate, and very food-motivated, so he is lots of fun to train. Dennis likes his crate and is doing great with house-training. He is an active puppy best suited for an experienced dog parent, and his ideal life will include lots of training, stimulation, and doggy adventures. Dennis will develop a deep bond with his destined family. Discover more photos of Dennis here: https://imageevent.com/newrattitude/dennis  Our adoption fee is $200 for adult dogs or $250 for puppies under 6 months old. Story
Hi I'm Lety! I came up from Texas as a pregnant mama. My puppies are big enough to be on their own and I'm looking for my very own home to settle down in. I'm 4 years old and about 23 pounds. My favorite thing in the world is my people. I love to cuddle and sit next to you on the couch. I will follow you around the house and look at you with my big puppy dog eyes. I have some separation anxiety but I've been getting so much better about it and I'm looking for someone to keep working on it with me. I get along with the other dogs I've been living with and like to play with them once in a while. I'm an active girl. I love walks, bike rides, and have even done a lure course! I like to chase small things so I probably wouldn't do well with cats. I would probably do well with children with the right introduction. Sometimes I bark at people when I first meet them but once I warm up I'm sweet as pie. I'm getting the hang of potty training. I can't wait to meet you and find my very own person and my very own couch!DATCP# 483538
