Please read the bio & email the address listed in the bio.   Additionally for CATS you  may email  JShelton@eulesstx.gov and for DOGS, email trinitygapclub@gmail.com       Meet our newest Luke.  This Rhodesian Ridgeback/Blackmouth Cur mix is a big boy who found himself at the shelter when his owner passed away.   There was no family to step up for Luke, so he is stuck at the pound.  This is so sad and unfair for a dog who does not understand why he is now homeless or where his beloved owner has gone. Luke loves people and always has a big smile on his face.   He has shown no aggression to other dogs and appears to be very genial to others. Luke walks well on a leash and we think he is potty trained. Luke is a good looking dog, but at 95 pounds, could use to lose about 10 pounds.   He would be a great dog for someone wants a dog who is already trained to be a great companion.   He is neutered and up to date on shots. **Located in Fort Worth, Texas** Sonny is beautiful and smart, trusting and has proven to be loyal and fun to be around. He's kind to his pack mates large and small, and is especially careful around the smallest dogs. He doesn't bother the house cats, either. Sonny's active and loves to run outside with the other big dogs, but settles down quickly inside. He also loves to go for runs and walks with you, or just sit next to you on the couch. He is bright and alert, and loves to eat, and has a permanent smile on his face, too! Sonny arrived 15 lbs lighter, but he's now a healthy muscular 50 lbs, hw negative, fully vetted, neutered and ready to live his best life with his forever hüman. ❤️ Sonny does well with his foster pack but would do best with one or 2 other dogs, or another dog and a cat, so he doesn't get lost in the crowd. He learns quickly and his new trick is eating a spoonful of dog food off of a spoon and sits patiently waiting his turn. Sonny knows "sit" and "off", and is working on learning the other basic commands. Open your heart and home to Sonny and it will be blue skies every day for you and your new best friend!

Marlee is a great dog. We adopted her three years ago before we became foster parents. She’s always done well with people, other dogs, cats and older children (5 and up). Recently we found out she does not like toddlers and unfortunately our foster agency wants her rehomed. She knows sit, stay, lay, shake, and come (needs a little work on come). She loves walking and running. If you choose to love her, she will come with a leash, harness and dog bowl. She is crate trained. She prefers her crate. She will go to her crate with a “crate” command. She is extremely smart and loves solving doggy puzzles. She also loves chewing on hard toys, but has never had a problem with chewing on shoes, clothes or furniture. She needs a furever home soon! Message me to meet up so that you can meet her!

So we have a friend of a friend who is going through divorce and roughly a month ago on a Thursday she had posted him on fb saying he needed a home by that Saturday or her ex was gonna take him to a shelter so we took him short term because two dogs in a camper is not ideal but I didn't want him to go to a shelter. Found out the ex wasn't very nice to him so he's not aggressive around men but for example if my boyfriend goes to put his leash on he'll sometimes piddle a little. He's very sweet and cuddly, likes women more than men, good with dogs from the few he's met with us. Good with kids, very gentle with them, will try to steal food if they have it. He will also get things from the counter if given the opportunity. I was told he is good with cats but I haven't seen it. He's good off leash once he's comfortable with you. Was told up to date on shots. Potty trained. Crate trained. Very loving, may be shy but never aggressive.
