Weighing in at around 64 pounds, George is not only handsome—he’s also incredibly gentle and sweet-natured. Though the shelter environment makes him a bit shy at first, George warms up quickly once he feels safe. He let us examine his teeth with no fuss, showing just how well-mannered and trusting he can be. With a calm demeanor and a loving heart, George is ready to find his forever home where he can truly thrive. George is up to date on vaccinations and has an appointment to be neutered soon. Sweet, handsome, fun-loving Blake is 2 years old and weighs 50 lbs. We think he is a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Black Mouth Cur mix. He is affectionate and loves to give kisses and cuddle with his people. He is friendly with every person he meets, but he can be a little picky about his dog friends. Blake is an excellent choice for someone wanting an only dog, but we think he would be ok in a home with smaller dogs. He loves to play fetch, and any old ball will do, but he hasn't quite mastered the part of bringing the ball back! Blake is very athletic and needs his daily exercise. He loves taking long walks. He is crate and potty trained. He won't be a good fit for apartment life. Blake will be a super loyal and loving companion. She was found as a stray with injuries to her legs and feet, but thanks to a wonderful foster family, she healed both physically and emotionally. During her time in foster care, she proved to be incredibly affectionate—she loves people, enjoys snuggles, and plays wonderfully with children.Now living at our facility, Summer continues to work on her manners. She’s doing great with her leash training, is learning not to jump when excited, and already knows commands like `sit` and `no.` She’s eager to please and very smart, which makes her a great candidate for continued training in a patient and loving home.Summer loves doing zoomies in the yard and spending time outdoors. Meet Lucy! Lucy is a very high energy, fun-loving, loyal sweetheart. She is very playful, loves to run, and is VERY social. Lucy can be pretty strong-willed, but she is also very smart. She knows her training, but is too stubborn sometimes to obey. She really needs someone to bond with, that will give her the time and devotion she needs. She definitely needs a lot of training, as she is still under 1 year old and we cannot afford the proper training she needs. She also needs a LOT of space, as she LOVES to run and play catch! A fenced in yard, and a very active owner would be best for her. We rescued her at 2 months old from a local shelter but we live in an apartment in the city, and due to heath issues, I cannot keep up with her energy. Even though its hard, we have accepted that we are not the best fit for her, and have chosen to see if we can find someone who can truly give her what she needs! She is so sweet, and the biggest baby, and has so much potential to be your best friend!

Sabrina is 8 weeks old. We aren't sure what her breed is but she is pure cuteness! Her and her sister Buffy were dumped in a rural part of East Texas. She is a sweet little girl with beautiful blue eyes. She loves to play and follow wherever you go. She is a puppy so she will require patience and training. She have been dewormed and given flea, tick and heartworm prevention. She will be going in for her vaccines and microchip 10/24 and will be available to go home in 2 weeks. Magnolia Animal Rescue will cover these remaining services at one of our approved vet partners.
